Dave has been pressure cleaning and /or painting my house since 1987. I always get three estimates whenever I have work done and I always choose Dave whenever I need exterior painting done. His prices are in the ballpark of what other companies charge and I know that he will do a good job. I couldn't be more pleased with the new look of the house. I made an appointment to get an estimate and Dave (owner) came out and walked around with a clipboard writing down exactly what I wanted done. He was an attention to detail man and pointed out areas that would be patched and caulked. I had already picked a color and he helped me with suggestions on trim. The first day the house was pressure washed and cracks were patched and windows were caulked. The second day 4 painters arrived and applied two coats of paint and the job was complete. I did a walk around with one of the painters to make sure I was happy with the entire house. I was pleased that Dave stopped by while the painting was being done and to make sure I was happy with the job thus far. He came by again when the job was complete. I would recommend Burke Painting to my neighbors, friends and family and will use them if we have any other painting needs in the future.

Dave and his men turned a drab tired looking place into one with a chance of hope again! The last few years, we had let the house go a bit , so this year, we decided to put some effort into it, starting with the patio. Having had new patio pavers installed, which were due to be sealed, I called Dave to pressure wash the patio/screened-in area walls and the roof, for me, and while here we got to talking - since he usually does my patio deck pressure washing, and my house painting for me, I arranged to have the roof painted. And the patio walls - in the same color as they currently are, plus the front door in a bright accent color. So, after his crew finished the pressure washing job Monday, they came Tuesday and immediately started working on painting, 2 on the roof painting, one out back, then front and continuing around, for two days - ( the guys are very diligent taking break only for lunch !) they finished late Wed. afternoon. The job went very smoothly. I called Dave Erhardt at Burke's painting to pressure clean all the house and patio area for me and roof, especially, because I had just installed pavers on back patio. And before sealing them, the gentleman explained it would probably be best, if I planned on getting the placed cleaned anytime soon, do it before sealing, and avoid all the mess, since everything was quite dingy, as I had put it off for a long while, especially the roof. And it would all be nice and clean and neat when all done, and since I had planned on having the roof painted this spring anyway, I went and called Dave to see if he could get it pressure washed right away due to the pavers getting sealed soon. I've used Dave's Co. for my patio/screen enclosure pressure washing for about 15 years now, so I can always rely on them, when needed. When I called, He called back immediately, came the next morning, which was Friday, and set up to come Monday. His crew (Bob and the guys) showed up, worked non-stop, did a great job! They were very good. They were very professional. They came in and did what they told me there were going to do. I would hire them agian in the future.

They did a good job. They came out when they were suppose to. They finished the job in 2 day (5 man crew).

It was excellent. They had a team of 12 people that came out here. They cleaned up and everything.

Although professional on the phone and in person, the work was TERRIBLE. Quality paint was NOT used as promised. It ran and faded quickly. . High price was quoted as they indicated they used top quality paint. . . NOT TRUE. They did not sand down or seal potential trouble spots. . nails rusted under paint and paint peeled in multiple areas following the job. A huge disappointment.

The owner, Dave, responded to my call for a quote extremely fast. He came out and gave me a quote which was a fair quote, certainly not the most expensive. Even though he was quoting for jobs several weeks out, he noticed that our house was quite tore up and so he rearranged his crew's schedule to allow them to paint our house within 4 days. This company comes with enough painters to be able to do the whole job in just one day!!! This company's painters are all excellent painters, and their attention to the smallest details made for this to be painless and the PERFECT JOB. My house looks brand new. I highly recommend this company.

David Ehrhardt and his team of professional painters were polite, on time and a pleasure to work with. They pay attention to the homeowner's wishes and to every detail. They work as a true team and completed all the work my house needed in record time. They take pride in their work and it definitely shows. My house has never looked so good! They did an outstanding job!
