It was an excellent experience. Victoria and her husband Ray make a great team. Ray takes care of the plant installation and crew, and they were punctual and hard working.

Victoria met us at our home, looked over the area , which was a court area off our front entry to our home.. Within a week Victoria was real to meet and show us the design and the various plants that she recommends. We had a lot of problems in the past with plants doing well since this area is mostly in the shade. We agreed to move forward and Victoria had her team at out home within two days to do the installation. It looks great and they did a very nice job.

This particular project went very well, as the jobs with Victoria and her team tend to do. First, she finds out what we want, then she goes over with us what she thinks would and would not work, tells us about available materials, explains the advantages and disadvantages of the options, etc. If the project is big, she draws up a landscape plan, and during a subsequent meeting, meets with us to go over the plan, whether or not the materials (trees, shrubs, hard scape, etc.) are available, the timing and cost of the project, etc. She and her team come and do the work when she says they will (or if there's an unexpected delay, she calls and explains). She listens to what we want and communicates well with her team.

I reached out to Victoria, the owner of Nature's Dream, via Angie's List, and she promptly answered and set up a date to come visit our home. When she came to meet with me she asked all kinds of questions, some seemingly important like do you have sprinklers, others that seemed totally off the wall at first thought. I decided to see where the questions would take us and was surprised to learn that there was a complete method to the madness of the questions. After driving thru my neighborhood where I told her that there was a yard that I loved we went thru tons of slides of her past works where she had me tell her things I loved, liked, hated, etc to give a better idea of what I was looking for overall. Based on our conversation and the tons of questions I was asked Victoria came back a week later and presented her ideas for our house. Between the overlays of photos of our house including the exact plants she was going to put where (super helpful) to the cad drawings that helped me visualize exactly what was going to happen in our yard, she did a complete presentation that gave us a VERY good picture of what was going to happen at our house. We agreed on a price and timing (I needed everything done before Halloween or it was a no go) Victoria gave me all the pertinent paperwork and we were ready to go. Installation day rolled around and Victoria's team showed up about 8:30 AM. They discussed the plan with me, placed all the plants and had me approved everything before they started digging. Unfortunately for us one of the pots that was going to go at the entrance of the house broke in transit. Turned out it was no big deal and Victoria and her husband had a new one brought over as well as a new set that they thought would work better. All I can say is, TRUST VICTORIA'S VISION!!! While I was a little worried that the new pots wouldn't work based on their size I was 100% wrong. They were phenomenal and that's what we went with. Keep in mind that the replacement pot was brought to our house as well just in case I wanted to keep the original ones. By the end of the day my house was totally done, it looked amazing and we couldn't be happier with Nature's Dream. They were very responsive, followed the plan that we agreed on, put everything where it was supposed to go and left my house looking better than ever. There was not one piece of garbage left anywhere and it's absolutely amazing! If you're looking for landscaping that is personalized to your likes and needs there's no need to look any further. I recently gutted a home in Pinecrest. Halfway through the process.....I started to interview Landscape Architects. After finding an awesome mover on Angies List ( SF Local Movers) I decided to go there for a landscaper. My first meeting with Victoria was a solid connection and I knew, after interviewing 2 other landscapers, , I wanted to work with her. She presented me with a plan very quickly and after making a few changes......I hired her. She and her crew arrived on time and worked feverishly to complete my project, starting with phase one. But before the project really started.....my sprinkler connection failed and I had to start from scratch with someone new. I was in panic mode..... One phone call to Victoria, and I had Juan, from Unlimited Lawn Irrigation, at my home the next day!! Victoria had worked with him before and knew he was the best choice. He had a plan the following day and pulled a permit two days later! They had worked together before and now Juan joined my landscape team! I was so relieved!! Victoria's and Juan's crews worked very hard to complete the job and I am very pleased with everything! I received their full attention throughout the process and would hire them again! They worked together to transform my yard into exactly what I wanted and pictured! By the way, did I mentioned the landscape lighting?? I had discussed this previously with Victoria and it was time to add this to the project. Victoria's husband, Ray was the guy to finish this part of the job. Ray, who was already on site every day, had all the lighting done within a few days! My yard is finished....and it is beautiful!! Several of my neighbors have stopped by to tell me how great my house looks.....especially my yard! I have developed a friendship with Victoria and Ray and I will continue to work with them to keep my yard beautiful. Victoria has provided me with the information I need to maintain my yard and I know they will be with me every step of the way!

Victoria is a beautiful soul that is able to work magic. You can tell that her truly goal is to help her clients. And that is not something that you can easily find around.

We did not realize how expensive landscaping was in Miami. We had what we learned was a "tight," budget but Victoria was able to transform our front yard within those constraints. Moreover, we thought we had a clear idea of which part needed to be addressed and a rough idea of how. We met with Victoria and expressed this to her. The design she came back with looked nothing like the vision we had envisioned. However, it worked better than anything we could have imagined. She knew what we needed and how to make it happen at a price we could live with. Her husband, Ray, spearheaded the installation and could not have been more professional and enjoyable to work with. Actually, the whole crew was worked with purpose and professionalism and instilled confidence. This was our first time hiring a professional landscape designer and though we hope to be all set going forward, if we ever need work in the future! We will be calling Nature's Dream.

On the day of installation Victoria showed up with a hard working crew , clearing, cleaning and planting very healthy plants and sod.They returned on another day to fine tune a few areas and finish trimming back some existing plantlife. As the seasons change we will look forward to the evolution of the plants and if there are any problems she has assured us that her one year guarantee will bring her back to make it right, I believe her. We are very pleased and would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone.

Victoria was wonderful to work with. She spent hours with my husband going over every plant and tree, modifying her design as we went along. She has extensive knowledge of flora and what grows well locally but is totally wiling to listen to alternative ideas and plans-no ego involved. She and my husband worked well together and he is so happy with our new backyard! She helped us design the hardscape and choose decorative urns and lighting. She really goes above and beyond! We would highly recommend Nature's Design for her knowledge, good taste, patience, and warm personality. She made a big project as delightful as possible!!

I can't say enough about Victoria and Nature's Dream! Victoria was incredibly responsive and called me within minutes of receiving my message through the Angie's List service. Everything she did from start to finish was exceptional. From our initial visit, I knew Victoria was the right choice for us, as she spent almost an hour with me describing what she does, and listening to my likes and dislikes. A few days later, she was back on my property working on a detailed plan, which she presented to us a couple of days later. While Victoria's initial plan was above our budget, she was willing and flexible enough to re-work her design to lower the cost for us and was very creative in doing so. Rather than planting all new plants, Victoria relocated some of what we already had and made them fit into her design. The day of the installation, Victoria and her team impressively brought the design to life and did an incredible job. We couldn't be happier with the result. The total cost was $3,000 and was well worth it.

Her crew was polite and punctual. The work was delivered as promised and we are very happy with the results. Victoria's passion and vision for her work was very evident. My wife loved sharing a hot tea with Victoria when she visited numerous times to ensure we were happy with the plan. We also met her son who is very polite and didn't hesitate to get his hands dirty with the whole crew. You want someone who cares? Call Victoria.

After completing our deck and swimming pool remodel, we realized that the current state of the backyard landscaping needed to be addressed. We were looking for a simple design that would compliment the new hardscape, but the backyard was rather large and intimidating. We contacted Victoria via Angie's list and she responded the same day. She arrived at our house on time and wasted no time walking around the property and then sitting with us to get our input. She brought many photos of plants and flowers and took notes of all the things we liked. When Victoria left that evening, we were very impressed. We scheduled her presentation 7 days later and again, we were not disappointed. She delivered two separate options for us to choose based on our input the first night. The presentations were generated by a CAD program that printed the entire property with her design elements and photos of the plants that would be placed in each area of the yard. The thought process and attention to detail was extraordinary... and again, we were very impressed. Considering the amount of work to be done, we anticipated that the job could take weeks. We agreed on a start date after selecting a subcontractor to install updated irrigation lines, pump and timer. Victoria coordinated with all of the subcontractors and my wife and I just kept an eye on things. One advantage that Victoria has... her husband owns the nursery that provides the beautiful healthy plants that were delivered. Ray and Victoria arrived on day 1 and introduced their crew. We provided them all with cold water and gatorade as the transformation evolved. It was spectacular. By the end of the first day, over 120 holes had been dug and more than half of the shrubs were planted. The crew cleaned up after themselves as they progressed and the job was completed within 4 days! Honestly, we have never experienced a more professional landscaping company. In fact, Victoria is not just a landscape designer, she is a landscape architect and worth every dollar we spent! We are extremely proud of our backyard remodel and we would highly recommend Nature's Dream Landscape to anyone. They are spectacular... and now... so is our backyard.

I wrote to Victoria using the Angie's List messaging system on Saturday afternoon/evening. The very next day Victoria called me back. I wasn't able to take her call but when I finally did call and speak to her, she was very honest about not having time in her schedule to meet with me to discuss my needs. To her great credit, Victoria had already begun doing research and had pulled up a photo of my property and had recognized that we have a large umbrella tree in our front yard. Before we ended the call she provided me with the advice to have that tree removed and explained why. Of the people that came to actually visit us that day, none of them had made that same recommendation! One landscaper arrived after I had talked to Victoria and when I mentioned her advice, he agreed that it would be a good idea to take it out. I appreciate her effort to get back to me considering the short deadline that I have, her forethought and effort in preparing herself to discuss my needs by researching my property, and her willingness to make suggestions where she thought I would benefit from them. Victoria seems like a very professional person and I am sorry that I was not able to have her come out right away to submit an estimate. I will consider working with her in the future, if and when the need arrives.

Victoria was by far the most professional of all landscapers that provided an estimate for the landscaping for our home. She came to the house - asked questions about us, what we liked and did not like. She showed on her computer pictures of previous installations and asked what plants we liked and did not like. She spent a lot of time with us, getting to know us and what we wanted. She returned with a beautiful drawing of her proposal, which showed the house, property, and plantings. Each area had pictures of the proposed plants, so that we would know exactly what she was proposing to do. She was willing to adapt and modify her proposal as we worked through her design. And she kept to budget - in fact, came in under budget. Her installation was also professionally done. Her workers were polite and unbelievably hard working. The cleaned out existing plant beds, installed the new plants, and sodded the back yard in 2 days time. My yard is beautiful, and I am so happy that we went with her proposal. Before she left, she gave me a small drawing of her installation, again with pictures and names of all the plants. She also provided care instructions in both English and Spanish (in case the lawn maintenance service we used did not speak English). Victoria is a lovely woman and is very serious about the quality of her work. She was on-site during the entire installation, supervising and working with the crew. She was able to make spontaneous changes as she saw things being installed and realized that a change was needed - but checked out every change with me before she did it. I recommend her without any reservation whatsoever. She is the best!!

Was a lengthy process, primarily due to the many layers of permitting required but overall was great! Nature's Dream (Victoria Trucco) was involved in every aspect of the planning and execution. The best part was that she worked hard to figure out exactly the kind of design and landscaping I preferred and made it happen! Yard and pergola with hardscaping looks great.

Victoria, the owner, has a green thumb. She was recommended by another landscape designer. Nature's Dream has been efficient and careful with the installation of all the plants in the property.

Victoria is creative honest, friendly and incredibly responsible. She is willing to work with your ideas & budget. You will not be disappointed.

It has gone great. If there are any issues wiih the other contractors, Victoria worked with them to resolve them straightaway. My yard now is a neighborhood jewel, thanks to Victoria and Nature's Dream.
