The work included digging the line for the tubes, fabricating the upright, installing the faucet, and checking that there were no leaks. The man was polite, professional and prompt. He dug the line installed the piping checked everything and filled in the ditch. The total time was slightly less than three hours. I was quite pleased with the response and the work. The young man said they can do any type of construction and remodeling. From the experience I was impressed enough that the next time I need some construction work I will not hesitate to call them. I have been very dissapointed with the construction company I had been previously using.

Broke sewer line, did not have parts to repair. Don't call these plumbers.

Told me it would take 2-3 days. Excuse after excuse interspersed with complete lies left me very frustrated to get it done. One time, he told me he was there and should be done that day. I got there an hour later and he was not there and there was no progress at all from the last time I was there 2 weeks earlier. I should explain that this is my beach house and I don't live there. After weeks of trying to get him to call me, he finally did. Said he was done. Since he was less than honest with me several times before, I didn't want to pay him until I could see for myself. His office called the next day and demanded the balance paid. They said I was way overdue. I told them he just called the day before, they said he told them it had been done for weeks! I sent the check. That weekend, I went down and the pipes still weren't insulated and the hot water heater didn't work. I called and he said he would get it and return it for another THAT DAY. 10 days later I went down and he hadn't been there. I took it off myself, went and bought another and installed it myself. As I was re plumbing the new one I found some joints he'd made not glued! (PVC) I emailed the plumber and asked for a refund on the original water heater. Not surprising I got no reply, so I sent it to the VP of the company, still no reply. Finally sent it to the President of the company, no reply. WORST service I've ever had and I've built several houses.
