Description of Work: this company installed the cabinets in my new Adams Home. The final color did not match the sample board. I wanted to hire them anyway to custom build a counter and cabinets to match in the breakfast nook. Met and talked about what I wanted. He took several months to return the bid and then never returned my calls to schedule the installation. that was very rude to not return the calls!!!

There were some problems. The cabinets weren't level, and one measurement was wrong. Eventually everything was fixed except for one spot of paint. Overall the cabinets look great, but we had to persevere to get there. However, the finished product looked very good.

Thank you for your review. This job was a kitchen renovation of a much older residence. Due to the age of the home and settling, we had a minor issue with 1 cabinet that wasn't "perfect", but this was quickly corrected. To our knowledge, there weren't any incorrect measurements. The customer had some issues with their ventilation (not due to us or our work) that we went above and beyond to assist with. Our installers went into the attic to help the customers in deciding what needed to be done. The customer gave us an overall "C" grade, but we feel as thought we certainly earned an "A".

Tony was great to work with. Eric showed up with Tony for final measurements after lunch one day which was a pleasant surprise. Everything went the way I was told it would go. The two installers were on time and did a professional job. I wanted a quality job and that is what I got.
Description of Work: Tony took my scaled drawing of new cabinets for a kitchen renovation and made changes for a much better finished product. A bath vanity and a utility room wall cabinet were also supplied.

It took about 3 weeks but all were well made and installed very professionally. I am especially pleased with the custom made bench, which matches beautifully and has a hinged lid on top so I can use the bench for storage as well as seating. The work was done in a few stages, as first the cabinets had to be made, installed, and then a painter came by for very minor final touch up work. All were done in a timely manner. West Florida Cabinets only deals in laminate counter tops, and since I wanted to match the new counter top with the upgraded Corian ones I had installed in 2005, I had another company install the counter top. All in all I am very well pleased with the service and products from West Florida Cabinets. Eric is very pleasant to deal with and aims to please. I would highly recommend West Florida Cabinets, as their products are exceptionally well made with high attention paid to detail.
Description of Work: Eric, who said his dad started the company, showed up at the appointed time we set and measured the space where I wanted additional new cabinets installed. The original cabinets I had in my home when I bought it in 1999 were made by West Florida Cabinets, and I wanted the new ones to match as I had been very pleased with their quality. Besides adding the new matching cabinets I also wanted to replace a few of my original cabinet doors under the sink with new doors. (The doors had been damaged by another worker unrelated to West Florida Cabinets.) I also asked Eric to make a matching bench for under my bay window to match the new cabinets.

Superb company and contractor (tony), from start to finish, they were always timely , professional and courteous. Cabinets are of the highest quality at 1/3 less cost of those from a big box store. Installers were always on time, clean and neat. Overall I couldn't be happier with this company and its staff and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for high quality cabinets.

An old cabinet door was supplied for color matching which came out perfect in the new cabinets. Two of the employees were on time and install the cabinets perfectly even with minor improvements which had not been specified. Following the installation they cleaned up perfectly and left everything operational. A visitor from southern Florida was impressed to the point he requested your address and intends to contact you.

very long and drawn out process, as we changed minds and had several changes. took longer than expected to get cabinets built.
Description of Work: replaced some kitchen cabinets with custom cabinets. sink base did not fit well. took long time for them to build cabinets. quality is good, but installation was not good.
