Walmer A/C

Outstanding service!!! The company Walmer sent someone out within the hour to repair my a/c unit. He even drained my other a/c unit just to make sure that I would not have an issue with that one next. Their employee provided me with honest information that I needed to know. I recommend Walmer for anyone with an a/c or heating issues. Also I highly suggest that you get on their yearly if not their 6 month maintenance service plan. Thank You Walmer for be ON IT, also for having honest and amazing employees!!!

They were very good and professional.

The service was quick, efficient and very well done. The price was reasonable and I will hire them again. They were very professional, on time, well manner, well kept, demeanor and ethics.

We were very pleased with the response time and professionalism of the company. We found them to be reliable and trustworthy. They came and diagnose the problem and presented us with different options. Once we decided they were out right away to remove the old system and install the new one in one day. Our experience was excellent, and I highly recommend them.

Came one time in the Summer and one time in the Fall. It was $125 approximately.

We had gone with a cheaper company to replace our system in 2006 after using Walmer A/C for years. After three years we were so unhappy with the unit they had put in and the service we had received that we called Mr. Walmer back and told him how unhappy we were and what we wanted. Not only were his employees very professional and courteous, they even cleaned up after themselves, something I treasure! They even moved our outside unit to the end of the house so that we could enjoy the patio without the noise We have only had one experience that we were not happy with an employee of Mr. Walmer's and my husband called him at home. The next morning, both that employee and Mr. Walmer were there bright and early and he supervised the work until it was completely finished, to our satisfaction! We will always use Walmer A/C from now on! Lesson learned, you get what you pay for!

The experience was fine. They had been doing our repair work and it is just that their estimate was so much higher. It was really a very old unit and they were just doing the servicing. They were always efficient and did a good job. We would have gone with them since we had that history if their estimate had been in the ballpark.
