Description of Work: Anthony has helped us with several appliance repairs. The last repair was to a dacor gas grill, installing a new free standing ice maker and beverage chiller. Most of the cost of the repairs was for parts. Anthony has done a great job for us on the 3-4 occasions that he has repaired an appliance. He is on time (and if he gets delayed he calls right away) very professional, and definitely has a wealth of knowledge.

Description of Work: He is a very nice man. He did however have trouble fixing the problem with my Miele washer. Though I am not sure anyone else could have done better. He replaced a large part he felt was the culprit but my problem got worse. He trouble shouted all day without charging me. He talked with Miele but still could not locate. So I call another provider who that knew but ne too fixed a small leak in a hose tho it was still not my problem. Eventually the second guy found a slight intention in the housing cap and replaced the cap and all is well. Such a slight flaw in the cap over 10 years use would have been hard for anyone I think.

+ -1 moreHe's great, he's as sweet as he can be. He's awesome! He even showed up at our house when he wasn't feeling good. He does speak broken english, but with patience he will get the job done great for you. He will go out of his way to make his customers happy. UPDATE 6/18/14: He's brilliant and he's the best, he's as nice as he can be! I highly recommend him.
