+ -1 moreWe chose Diane and her team using very specific research. FirstweI used Zillow to locate homes for sale within our zip code and looked to see who the agent was for each home. Next, we looked up the Top Gun awards for real estate sales.We wanted a top notch seller who worked our exact neighborhood. We were not disappointed with the results- to say the least! At the initial meeting and walk-thru to discuss a possible listing with her, Diane explained how her team worked together to sell homes and then she announced that she already had just the right buyer in mind. Less than 24 hours later, we had a contract at 98 percent of the asking price. All of the legal issues and steps to selling the home went smoothly and the closing happened on time. There isn't any way for it to go faster or smoother. She has a very professional team for all aspects of sales.
