The laptop was beyond repairing but they were able to recover at least 90% of my data and ALL my photos. Had a few thousand photos that I had not backed up so as you can imagine I was elated. They called me a couple of times to keep me informed of progress and gave me the option of bringing them a thumb drive to transfer data. I dropped one off because it was going to take a few hours to transfer. I believe the price was definitely reasonable for the work they did. Would absolutely use them again.

I called them and told the problem I was having with my computer. They said it sounder like my Video Card had gone bad and need to be replaced. They told me .. I could bring the computer to them, they could come to my home and fix it or pick it up for minimal price. I had them come get my computer because I had an appointment that afternoon and the next couple of days that I couldn't miss. They asked what would be a convenient time for them to come get it that day. I gave them a time and they arrived when they said they would. Because it was late in the day, the gentleman who picked it up told me it would probably be the next day before they could call and tell me how much it would be to fix my computer. They called the next morning and because I wasn't home they left a message for me to call so we could discuss what needed to be fixed. I didn't return home until after 4PM. I called and the gentleman who answered the phone told me what need to be done and the cost of fixing it and returning it to me .They said that I did needed a new Video Card and they also found that the motor to the front fan wasn't working. I felt the price was good and told them to go ahead and do what they need to do. They told me they would call and tell me when it was fixed and set up a time for the computer to be returned. They called late the next afternoon and told me they were sorry they hadn't call sooner but they had been running tests to make sure that the new card was going to be ok. They had just finished and everything was fine and asked what time the next day would be convenient to return the computer. We set a time for the next afternoon at 1PM. Around 12N, I received a call apologizing for the inconvenience, but the gentleman who was to deliver my computer had ran into a problem with a computer he was working on at someones home and didn't think he would be finished there in time too deliver my computer by 1PM. He asked if it would be ok to deliver it later in the afternoon. I told him that was fine I would be home all day. Around 4PM, I received another call saying the gentleman who was to delivered the computer had just finished fixing the other computer and since he was at least 45 min away from their office (where my computer was), would it be alright if he (the gentleman on the phone) brought it to me on his way home. I told him that was fine. He was at my home at 5:15PM. Hooked up my computer .. had me log on to make sure everything was working fine. It did, I wrote a check .. he apologized for the inconvenience and left. I had my computer back !!!! I think what impressed me the most was not how professional they were but the fact that they had the CURTISEY' to call me and let me know what was happening. I appreciated that more than anything!!!!

Sold me a nice monitor (Acer) that was on sale; explained everything clearly (I need a lot of explanation), and were, in general, helpful, knowledgeable, courteous. They accepted the Angie's LIst coupon without any problem.

The technician arrived exactly on time. Went immediately to work, no time for chit-chat until problem was determined. Was courteous and answered several questions. Seemed very knowledgeable.

They replaced it after much a bit too much time, but that's part of the service. Never got a quote back. Hard to recommend, but at least they are friendly and provide a Christian atmosphere.

They worked diligently to resolve the problem with my computer. It was not apparent at first that the problem was the hard drive. I brought the computer in three different occasions, because each time they thought it was repaired. We did not realize that the hard drive was failing. However the computer notified us via a dialog box that the hard drive was in fact failing. They replaced the hard drive and everything worked fine thereafter.

I brought my computer in to the store and explained the problems to the technician at the counter (his name was Heath). He immediatly started testing it and found the problems that werecausing the lack of response. When those were solved they kept the computer overnight to clean off the old version of Java and install version 7.2. Before I left they showed me how I could easily correct the problem with the Microsoft updates. They were plesant, professional and knowledable. At no time was I "Talked down" to. The price was very reasonable (it included the cost of a cordless mouse). I really like these folks!

I brought my old hard drive into the store location. The receiving tech checked the hard drive to make sure it was readable; it was, so I brought in an external drive I bought elsewhere (onsite prices were for external drives were pretty high, so I went to Sams Club) and left the units. Got a call the next day that the download was complete, and I went and picked up the old drive and the new one.

It was easy to get them out. They were pretty quick with the repair. It was a good overall experience.

Upon purchasing the last computer, it had several problems - like being unstable and loading 300-400 browsers. I explained in a memo and ask them to fix it. They reinstalled the OS and it still didn't change. It was problematic from the beginning. I believe Computer Technologies were only interested in receiving the repair fee and estimating a larger sale and based on this, I looked elsewhere to replace the computer. I was sorry to not have been able to do business with a smaller, community based company.

I needed a new computer because the one that I had bought from them was over 9 years old and even though it was still running great, I needed to get the latest Microsoft programs. The staff is always very professional and they are so knowledgable that it is great to talk with them. We discussed what I would be using the computer for and then we put together a system based on my budget and what I needed the computer to do. They built the system and then we scheduled a time for me to come in and sit down with them and go over every program and capability of my new system before taking it home. Most places just hand you the box over the counter and you have to try and figure it out yourself. My time is valuable and so when they request that everyone that buys a system come in and spend some time, this saves me a lot of time in the long run with phone calls because I can't figure something out. I just got a used Apple laptop from the place I work and I was so happy to learn that they are also Apple Certified. I found this out when I went to Apple's site and saw that they service Apple Laptops and computers, and they are also rated #1 by Apple. This is based on customer's feedback about the level of service they receive. I refer everyone I know to this business.
