Tadlock Roofing was great!! Dan was professional, on time and resolved my roof leak quickly. Honest, dependable and professional. I highly recommend Tadlock and will not hesitate to call them again. Actually I wouldn't even think about calling anyone else.

Tadlock associates were very knowledgeable and helpful, everything they committed to happened exactly that way. The roofers were prompt, cleaned up all old roofing everyday, and completed the job timely and efficiently. It was a great experience dealing with Tadlock and I would strongly recommend them to anyone needing a roof replacement. Several neighbors have committed on the improved appearance of out home and how quick the entire process was completed. Our home has a large roof that required over 23 squares of shingles.

Dan came by and checked it out. He sealed some places where the leak might have been coming from (it was a very small one) and showed me what to look for in the future. Overall he was great (worked with them before and they were excellent). I would definitely recommend.

Dan drove out to Cottage Woods drive an hour early rapping at the door since notice I was home! He hopped up the stairs and studied the spot I had questions about. Dan brought an additional spot to my attention I hadn’t even noticed in my bathroom. He promptly went outside and grabbed his supplies, while my cats watched from the kitchen window. Dan was outside for maybe ten minutes, when he popped back inside with the rusty nail culprit thy had caused my leak!! To my surprise, Dan did not charge me a darn thing, but said to call him when I needed him again, and then he sciddaddled out the door! What a great experience!

I am very pleased. The salesman was very helpful in providing all the necessary information. The crew was polite, efficient and finished the job in one day. The grounds were cleaned and to this day I have not found any nails (the job was done several months ago). Finally I have a ten year warranty on the labor which appears to be unusual. So I thank Tadlock for doing a professional job.

3/17/2020-After roof was completed, porch lights were tripping the electrical breaker. Asked Adam Pollock (sales rep) to identify/correct problem caused by roofers. Adam asked my hired contractor, Addam White of Common Sense Construction to troubleshoot the problem before replacing the wood porch ceiling. Common Sense Construction was not licensed to repair electricity and was unable to identify or correct the problem. 4/22/2020-Phone calls and text messages to Adam Pollock did not resolve the issue. Adam Pollock said he was having issues with a "pinched nerve". 4/27/2020-Having waited over a month, I hired a licensed/bonded electrical company to fix the problem for $125/hour. Adam Pollock also found minor issues on another portion of the roof (documented on a youtube video) and said he would take care of them because correction would only take 15 minutes. Adam Pollock said he was waiting for an MRI. POINTS BEING: 1) DON'T PROMISE WHAT YOU DON'T DELIVER. 2) IF YOU CAN'T COMPLETE THE WORK, YOUR RESPONSIBILITY IS TO SEND SOMEONE ON YOUR BEHALF WHO CAN. 3) CUSTOMERS HIRE COMPANIES TO SOLVE THEIR PROBLEMS (roof leak), NOT TO HEAR YOURS (medical issues). 4) CUSTOMERS PAY THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS TO FIX THE PROBLEM AND DON'T EXPECT YOU TO CAUSE THE NEXT ONE (electrical).

It was excellent. Tadlock Roofing professionalism and attention is not surpassed!. Extremely customer friendly. always took time to answer questions, and most of the time it was in person. I chose Tadlock to doo my whole roof because of prior repair work they had done for me. I had a roof leak and had three other roofing companies come over and try to find the leak and repair it. None of then=m could accomplish this. a friend suggested Tadlock. They came found the leak and repaired it and it never leaked again. This is why I hired Tadlock to do my whole new roof without any other bids from other contractors/roofers.

Overall, very good experience. My new roof is beautiful and cut my homeowners insurance bill in half.

Outstanding customer service. From admin to roof work, everyone we dealt with was professional, responsive and punctual. The work looks great and was done for a fair price. When I need to place a new roof, I’ll be back to this company.

Everything that Tadlock personnel promised went as planned. Field crew, office staff and sales are well versed in execution of delivering exceptional results. Having significant background in the construction industry, I would say that they are the best! Would recommend them and knowing that they are supported by Owens Corning as “Platinum” installers is very settling. The O.C. components and additional warranty that we purchased, has helped us in reducing our homeowners insurance. The secondary water barrier combined with the SURE NAIL shingle technology is second to none in the industry. Living in an area that is prone to high wind and hurricanes are somewhat mitigated as the wind rating of the DURATION a shingle is extremely high.

fine, but then a real heavy rain came and it started leaking again...I called and they were out within and hour to tarp the leak and was out less than an hour again to repair the roof all the while it was raining heavily
