Phillip was on time. Did the job to our satisfaction as always.

Quick efficient. Friendly. We have need superior for over 10 years A plus rating.

The technician was on time and very friendly. He asked where the problem was and took care of it.

Serviceman showed up on time, got right to business, treating interior as well as exterior.

I came home from work the day of the treatment to find holes surrounding the house, clearly evident and filled with dark gray filler which was absolutely not even close to the paint color. That and they told me they would have to come back, because I was told the workers would only be there around 1/2 hour, when in fact they needed to get into my garage and be there a total of 1 12 hours. I had to get to work, so rescheduled them to come back the following week. When they came, I was told everything in the garage would have to be pushed away from the walls. I have commercial grade steel shelving against the walls, and there would be no way I could take everything off the shelves and move them. I tried to pay for what they had done and go no further, but was told by their Manager that wasn't possible. I expressed my dismay about the holes being so evident given their distance of approximately a foot apart, and dark grey in color. I would have to pay my painter to come back and repaint all around the house where the holes were. The Manager seemed concerned, but apparently not that much so. When after discussion it was determined that only one wall would need to be accessible, we rescheduled his crew to come back in a few hours. They crew that came back were very solicitous and nice, and also expressed their disgust with the way the holes had been filled. They offered that the owner would pay for the painter to repaint, given the crew that filled the holes obviously didn't try to closely match the paint, as had been promised. After 24 hours when I hadn't heard from the Manager, I called to ask him about it. He claimed to know nothing about the promise the crew made, and said he would call me back. 48 hours later, still no call. I think they talk the service talk, but don't walk the walk. I regret I ever contacted them, and even recommended to the manager that they do a better job of communicating exactly what to expect. Perhaps instead of trying to get the contract over the phone, they should meet with the homeowner and go over exactly what to expect so there are no surprises. They don't stand behind their word, so I will absolutely not be recommending them. Too bad too when I have exposure to so many people (hundreds) at my work

I asked a few questions, then asked if he could provide a written proposal with details. He answered and quot;I have the dollar amountand quot; and quoted me. I had some questions about the and quot;warrantyand quot; conditions, and he became a bit evasive. I asked if he could send me a copy of the warranty for me to review, and he said no. Sorry, but there is no way I will spend over a thousand dollars for a plan without seeing the terms in writing.

The Owners of the company are honest, ethical small business owners- and have been personal role models in how to operate and expand my own businesses. Superior Termite is a debt free company, and extremely organized and efficient. I have witnessed, in person, the Owner of Superior Termite cover things under Warranty that quite frankly he could have very well weaseled out of in the contract literature, but chose not to- simply drawing from his honor and business ethics. This is a commonly known description of the Owners and Superior Termite in general. They have been in business (a tough business) for many, many years- and have crafted their customer service and reputation to a level I find unrivaled in our local community. You need something or have a question/request- you get a straight answer. The technicians at Superior Termite also deserve a positive note, as they are very consistent, efficient, thorough, and friendly. The majority of the technicians have been employed at Superior for many years, and are valued/appreciated employees by their employer. I encourage anyone questioning the authenticity of this review to do your own homework- start by going to the Florida Department of Agriculture (the governing/licensing authority of pest control in Florida) and check out the complaints against the Company. Then look at some of the other Companies profiled on Angie's List on the State website- it will paint the picture perfectly. I have seen behind the curtains of numerous licensed pest control companies- both local, regional, and national companies, and have witnessed many odious practices/methods- but never from Superior Termite. Again, the Company is a model for what hard work, sacrifice, and doing the right thing will do for your Company reputation and customer base. Nothing but A's from me on this Company!

We love them. Everything about them. They really care about their work and reputation, so they do a fantastic job.

.Last year (2012) when I set up the annual I asked why they never put any product down. I was told that they only do it every five years (which would be the following year, 2013). My contract states the price could not be increased by more than 15% and the contract was renewed annually. There is no mention of 5 years in the contract.This year when I called to set up the annual, I was told an additional cost of $1000 (nearly as much as the initial application) was required for the 5 year booster. When I stated I was stunned, the owner (who I never got to talk with, even though I asked) eventually authorized his agent to come off the cost by about 15%.This requirement was never mentioned in my contract (no reference to five years at all) and the only information I had on when they would put additional product wasthe phone call in 2012 and there was no mention of additional expense. Iwas told my bond would expire if I did not have the booster. I checked with other vendors, got recommendations and switched companies at a significant savings. (I'll review the new company on Angie's List after seeing how it goes). I have no complaints with pest control on my new residence.

As of April 2013 I have had to discontinue service because I was informed that I now have to pay $805.00 for a booster when the Customer Agreement Full Warranty reads: and quot;Superior Termite and Pest Management agrees that it will perform any further retreatment it finds necessary, free of charge for the initial and renewal periods of this Agreement.and quot; This to me means I shouldn't have to pay for a booster or any other retreatment. After speaking with Mike Wilcox about the situation I was told that I was reading the agreement wrong and that free treatment only applied if I had termites. So the outcome was I could have treatment done free and my annual renewal amount would increase 10% every year. I do not trust someone like this and don't feel they would do the job right so I discontinued service even if it means it's going to cost me to have someone else come in and start over. Be cautious and shop around I have learned there are a few termite companies here in Pensacola that are charging for re-treatment and a lot who are not.

Superior Termite and Pest Control Management is a stand up company and well worth the money. We've been using them since 2004. Their technicians are impeccable. They know what they're talking about. The owner is one of the finest people I've ever met in my life. He is customer oriented. If a customer needs him, he is right there.

Always professional and very reasonable price.

They did a good job. We shopped around a bit and the price didn't include the termite because it cost a lot more. We are going to do the termite later. The quality was great and they guaranteed to come back if we see any more bugs. They were very responsive. It was very confusing what they were going to do regarding the termites. We would absolutely use them again.

They did the job for me. Now I need the paperwork back from the termite inspection. I've called them numerous times and they won't give me the paperwork. It is supposed to cover 100% of the house according to them. I have offered to just pick the paperwork up, but they say they will mail it. However, I have still not received it.

. I had one complaint on a service provider a few years ago and he was replaced. Since then I've had superb service. They have treated and inspected for termites on two homes and I'm perfrectly satisfied. I also have them do a pest treatment annually. No ants, roaches or spiders have been in my home since I've used them.They follow up the annual pest treatment every quarter and have come back within a day when we found a few spiders in the garage-I definitely recommend.

It went great overall; I spoke with inspector about having his company on a quarterly retainer for pest control and annual termite bond.

They answer all their calls. They coordinate an appointment with you. They call a day ahead to remind you of the appointment. They arrive on time and have never left clutter to be cleaned up.
