 + -1 moreThe owner that we bought the house off of, she had her termite warranty from them so we just continued those services. It was really good overall. They were always there on time -- early, even. We typically had Mark come out and he was very helpful; he'd always answer all of our questions.
Description of Work: We used them from Sept. 2011 until Aug. 2013. Initially, we used them for our home inspection when we bought the home and again when we sold the home. We also used them for regular maintenance.

 + -1 moreIt turned out very well. My only complaint is that the last time, they didn't give me advance notice of them coming; they called me afterwards and recommended a booster which was expensive. They said it was required every 7 years.
Description of Work: I have an annual contract with them for termites other pests. I've been using their services for 8-9 years. It takes them less than 30 minutes for them to do the annual inspection.

 + -1 moreThey have a good reputation here locally. They're very thorough. One of the techs that comes to do the termite checks at my home is Mike.
Description of Work: They've done annual termite inspections for me in my southern home. They were the ones that found termites in my garage when I bought the home originally. Overall, I've been using them for 10 years. For my bond renewal each year, it can take about an hour, as they look for wood rot and water leakage in addition to any signs of termites.
