Went well. Good product, personable staff and on time delivery.

Buddy Godwin came out and helped me pick out blinds for my glass sunroom. He was prompt in returning my call and also prompt on the day of our appointment. His son, Daron, came with an assistant and installed the blinds. They did a FANTASTIC job! The space between the ceiling and the windows is a little odd, and therefore tricky. Daron had them up in no time, and he was able to line them up perfectly! There was a factory defect re: one of the blind panels. Before I could comment on it, Daron was already pointing it out to me. It was removed and sent back to manufacture for replacement. Once the replacement arrived, Daron came and installed the new panel. This company is very professional in demeanor and product. The family run office is no different . I dealt with Dee and Deborah ( sorry if not spelled correctly!) they were also professional, friendly and patient! I wouldn't hesitate to use or recommend this company. It was a pleasure!

Buddy and his team were extremely helpful and responsive. They installed plantation shutters throughout my entire house. I have installed plantation shutters in previous homes and this is hands down the best quality and service. The prices were very affordable. Would definitely use and recommend Buddy and his team.

It worked fine. They came in, brought the stuff in, put the blinds up and they were out may be in two hours. Once they wrote that up and you signed it, they lock the price, nothing changes. They did a pretty good job. They were here, although it breezed a lot, they did what they were going to do. It's a father and son duo; the son likes to talk and he can go on for hours. In terms of responsiveness, other than install, there was no reason to come back. In terms of punctuality, they were an hour late but he called. I would surely use their services again in the future.
