My biggest complaints are the professionalism, Selectricity’s pricing comes in considerably higher than other contractors ($1,400-$1,700 for work our current contractors are doing for $550), and the permitting caused my company to leave clients without power for 24 hours for a simple meter box removal whereas other electrical contractors have reduced that time to only a few hours without power by pulling a permit more in line with residential work. They gave me a 4 week timer before they’d be able to remove the meter box from a project but had forgotten to schedule it, thus causing a nearly 6 week delay. When I voiced my concerns I was told I could “take it or leave it” and hung up on. As a contractor myself, I expected better. I’ve cautioned our other divisions to avoid working with them going forward.

Besides the fair pricing, I couldn't imagine any company giving better service than Selectricity, from the initial quote to the completion of the job, Selectricity had excellent responsive communication, the wiring installation crew was always on time, courteous, efficient and professional. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I would highly recommend Selectricity for all of your electrical needs.

Selectricity made space for me in a heavily scheduled workday handling an emergency electrical outage affecting both the outside and inside breaker. They kindly tested all of the outlets and then fixed the ones important to me because I was on a fixed budget. They were friendly and professional and advised me on future projects. I will definitely be calling them again.

Need holps

The crew that came to our home were professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. They explained the problem to us, and told us what they did to correct the problem. We were also sent texts to let us know what time they would arrive. We were kept informed throughout the process.

There was a problem with our insurance. We needed a couple of things with our electrical panel fixed. Mike came out and took care of it very quickly and professionally.

We have used Selectricity to install lightening arrestor and and whole house surge protector. We also had them repair an outdoor light and outlet that was damaged in Hurricane Sally. They also updated our plug for our dryer. They are very professional, effective and efficient. I highly recommend them.
