Called them for estimate. Said they would call back. A week later "NO CALL". Called back and spoke to secretary who switched me to voice mail. Seems they don't need the work or don't want to do it but cant come out up front and tell you. Just keep stringing you along. Would never hire them for anything.

The workers were on time to start the project and they finished right when they said they would. Then had to wait for Gulf Power. Only two complaints. The day the project was done it was a hot day, 1st week of September, and being hot the crew took their shirts off. To me this does not project a professional work site, especially when the work was done at a residence. The other complaint is that when the inside bracker box was put in it required some opening of the wall space resulting in the need to add dry wall and mud and repainting. The crew leader advised when leaving he would be back the next day by 8:00am to complete the wall repair. when he had not shown up by 10:00am I finished the repairs myself. He did finally show up around 3:00pm. Accept for the above mentioned the job and experience were excellent. Would hire them again.

Scapin Electric personnel were on time and completed on time. Had to wait for Gulf Power and the Building Inspector. When installing the circuit breaker panel there was a requirement to cut an opening for the panel. The opening was too large and required some dry wall work and painting. One of the workers started the repair, but there was more to be done and the worker did not the next day as promised. I completed the work and the painting.

They arrived on time got the job done, cleaned up and were gone. Vero professional and friendly folks. They were willing to do more than I had originally called about. It was great service.

Since Gulf Power had installed that box and had their sticker on it, and I found out that under certain circumstances they will replace the electrical box and wiring one-time and that's when Scapin Electric Co did an estimate on the house for rewiring, he told me that Gulf Power will replace that for nothing, so that's what it was. Scapin electric made me call Gulf Power to lodge the complaint, saying that if I called them they would do it for free, and then he called them being the electrician on gulf powers list, and so got the job done.

Electrician came on time, listened to my list of things to be done, got to work, and finished. Very professional and reasonably priced.
