Mr. Salazar is a man of his word. We live 45 minutes from his office yet he showed up for his walk through on time, texted us his proposal promptly and started the job when he said he would. Another painter advised us he would get the job done in 4 days. It took this painter 1 day to do an excellent job. The 3 painters obviously enjoy working together. They know what they have to do and work without supervision. They kept their paint and brushes organized and they were very neat. When they were finished every thing was put back. We plan on using him next year to finish painting the remainder of our home. I realize that these reviews all sound the same so I have an example of the thoroughness of Cesar . Prior to moving the dresser he pointed out that the mirror was wobbly and asked me if he could add another screw to tighten it up. I realize 1 screw isn't something to get excited about but it shows that he cares about his clients and wants to do things right.

The entire process was fantastic from start to finish and the work is of excellent quality. He responded to our initial inquiry quickly and we set up a walk through. He listened to what we wanted, offered recommendations, and provided an estimate soon after. We scheduled a time for the work and he showed up on time and on schedule with his crew. We walked through again and pointed out some areas of particular concern. He assured us those items would be addressed, and sure enough they were. We walked through it when it was finished and it looked great. Their patching work is amazing - we can't even find where the nail and anchor holes were! Highly recommend Cesar and his team. We'd absolutely use them again.

Cesar Salazar and his crew did an outstanding job on my house. They were very meticulous in taking all outlet covers, air vents, mirrors, etc off the walls before painting. They prepped all holes and caulked all outdoor windows. After painting was completed, everything was reinstalled like it was before. I was most impressed not only with the quality of their work but by the responsiveness that Cesar gave when seeking the bid and actually starting the job promptly when he said he would. With good weather he was able to complete the job on a 1700 sq ft house in 3 days. He was very professional throughout the whole process and adhered precisely to the bid and did not try to gouge me for anything- like many sub contractors try to do. He gave me a bid and that bid is what I paid, You can feel very comfortable knowing he is honest. He also required no payment up-front, even for the paint itself, which made me feel very comfortable. I will use him again anytime I need something painted.

Cesar and his team removed outlet/wall switch covers, moved furniture, removed bathroom mirrors and painted 4 bedrooms, 1 office and 3 bathrooms. This is the second I used Salazar's service and Cesar is the best at insuring customer satisfaction. For reference my home is 3002 sq ft.

They arrived everyday at the time they said they would . Went right to work . When they finished they cleaned up and gave us a walk through. They found things that needed to be done and did them to make for a perfect job, on time and within budget.

Cesar was so great to work with. He showed up on time and performed an excellent job in a difficult ceiling to flatten. Cesar personally is a really stand-up guy, very responsive to phone calls and texts and willing to take time to answer questions or concerns. I will 100% use his services again.

Cesar Salazar and his team showed up promptly at 8:30 and started removing outlet/switch cover plates and also moved the living room furniture towards the middle. They covered all the furniture and taped/canvased work areas. Cesar uses Sherwin Williams paint and these guys are fast and know what they are doing. Our home is 3002 sq ft and to knock out all the areas I listed above and use two coats of paint plus be done before 5 pm was fantastic. My wife and I simply went to the Sherwin Williams store in Gulf Breeze and decided on our colors as directed by Cesar, when he came out to do the estimate. A quick email with our color selection was all it took and we absolutely love the new look and feel. Thank you Salazar's Pensacola Painting.

Cesar and his team did an amazing job painting and retexturing my walls. There were a few pieces of drywall that needed to be repaired and when they were done with it you couldn't even tell that it had been damaged. Cesar and his team took down and moved items in their way and put everything back just the way it was upon their departure. Great experience with this company and will definitely use them in the future.

Cesar returned my call the same day,and made a date for him to come out to give me an estimate. He was one time and very professional giving me several different choices on doing work.He had an estimate for me the next day and i agreed on price. I had to go out of town so contacted him when I was back and date was set. Cesar and his crew showed up on time and worked all day,returning the following morning to finish up. Cesar and his crew were very professional and courteous. They did excellent work and had very professional work ethics. I would have Cesar and his crew back if I ever need more painting done

We could not have been happier with the results. The job involved a large amount of prep work and detailed painting. Mr. Salazar and his crew did an outstanding job. Very pleasant and professional. No clutter and mess during or after the job. We will be using Mr. Salazar again for more painting projects.

I had contacted several painting contractors and they either wouldn't show up to give me a bid or once they have be a bid they never showed up for the job. Salazar painting showed up exactly when they said they would, immediately scheduled a job date, and even called and asked if it could be convenient to come a day early. I was very pleased with their professionalism, punctuality, and work quality. I will use them again.

The texturing he did was a work of art. The whole house looks wonderful. There a few spots that look a little unfinished but those are in and around closets (probably not going to be looking at the inside of the closets much).

Cesar met me at the house the day following my initial call to him. He provided a quote that evening. I was under a time constraint, and he started the work the following week. He arrived as scheduled and completed the job within a week. The popcorn ceilings were removed from a two story house. They had previously been painted, making the job more difficult. All imperfections were repaired, and the ceilings were primed and painted. I left town for 2 weeks and was completely amazed when I came back to inspect the property. My personal residence was built with flat ceilings, and they have never looked as perfect as the ones that Cesar repaired. It said it all when my five year old niece walked in and asked why the ceilings were so smooth. I will definitely contact this company if I need this type of service in the future.

Working with Cesar Salazar and his assistant Jose was refreshing. They were both very friendly, polite and professional. I don't think I've seen Cesar ever not smiling. They showed up when Cesar said they would, put in full work days, and graciously rolled with any changes I asked of them and overall did a wonderful job. They taped and covered everything with plastic sheeting. This is the first paint job I've ever had that I have not found drips in places they shouldn't be. In fact I hope to have Mr. Salazar back to paint a few more rooms after the holidays when finances loosen up a bit. I would recommend him to anyone who wants the job done right by a friendly and professional team.

Another great Angies List experience. Cesar Salazar, owner is committed to delivering excellent service. Initial contact was good with a callback same day. Set up appointment for estimate a few days later. Had to coordinate with pressure washing to avoid too much lag time in between. On date of service, Cesar showed up with crew and paint which colors we had chosen and started. Cesar amd crew were careful, methodical and efficient. When he got to a point where a decision had to be made as to which color (between trim and walls), he chose and, we think, it was the correct and perfect choice. Job took two days and when finished, we did the requested walkthrough which we were happy with. A couple days later, we noticed a small back section of the chimney had been missed and we called Cesar. On coming out, he noted that his helper had not painted the section because it had been missed in the pressure washing. process. Cesar then proceeded to clean, prime and paint that section and when asked what we owed, he said NO CHARGE. This young man is still in the beginnings of his new company and based on the job he did for us, we certaintly plan on having him do more work. His work ethic, commitment to customer service and skills are unquestionable. His crew was respectful of our property and one of the quietest paint crews we ever experienced. Great job, Cesar!

He was neat. Kept the mess to a minimum and was very considerate of my furniture etc. He always left his tools out of the way and very neat. I am so grateful that I found Mr. Salazar on Angie's List.

Cesar is very professional and punctual. We originally got his number from a salesperson from Sherwin Williams. He showed up and was the only quote to have measured and offered a sincere study of the needs in the house. Very astute and knowledgeable, we knew he was the right person. Cesar first worked on the kitchen ceiling. The owner who lived here before us decided to paint over a gloss paint with a flat paint and it seemed like every time the steam would come up from the hot water it was cracking and peeling the paint. Cesar scrapped and applied a material to smooth out the ceiling and painted the ceiling over. He was honest in telling us that because of the flat over the gloss, we might get some bubbles in the future, but we were warned up front and understood. He cordoned off the area with a plastic sheet that covered all the kitchen and protected everything inside. On to the door where he hand sanded the front door down and got rid of all the years of sun damage that wore the door down. After that he applied a coat of stain and had to reapply another coat to better match the inside color. This took an extra day as he needed the door to dry with proper time. He cleaned up his area and reattached the door lock and came back the next day. Unfortunately he needed to wait for the weather to paint again so he did and came back a few days later. He applied his second coat of stain and had to wait another 4 hours to apply the finish. After applying his first coat of finish he realized he needed another coat and reattached the door lock and came back another day. That last day he applied the final coat of wood finish and the door was done. Cesar worked very hard and was very polite if he needed to bother me for any questions or comments. He entertained me with stories when I hung out around him and was polite enough not to disregard any of my concerns. His rates are great and his work ethic is superb. He cleaned up his area and was very gracious when I paid his final installment. I would most definitely recommend him to any friends and am proud to offer him a great rating here in Angie's List.

Cesar Salazar is very knowledgable about his craft. He came to us as a referral from Sherwin and Williams and we were satisfied after the first initial visit that we had the right man for the job. We also took him around to ask his opinion of other tasks besides for the 2 jobs we had planned. He was very honest and professional with his mannerisms and his responses. The kitchen ceiling had been painted over quickly by the previous owner and he painted a flat paint over a gloss. There being steam from the sink that started the paint to peel and crack. Cesar had to first scrap off the peeling paint, apply a primer paint, patch the area so there wouldn't appear to be a gap and then paint the whole ceiling smooth. He also covered all cabinets and appliances with a plastic covering so as not to leave any dirt or paint damage. The door was to be quite a mission. He first had to sand down the whole door taking off the old sun damaged coating and then apply a stain. He had to wait 4 hours to make sure it was dry and then applied another coat because he didn't feel the first coat was good enough. He needed to come back to apply the 2nd coat and had to wait for the right weather conditions to do so. After the 2nd coat was laid he had to wait another 4 hours for that. After the stain he applied a coating to seal the project and then it was finished. All this time he protected the house by erecting a plastic shield around the entryway walls and floor. After 3 days of hard work we cleaned up everything and then smiled and thanked me for my business. I should say also that Cesar was very polite not to bother me while I was working home and when I was in a chatty mood he was very friendly and polite, always with a smile and professional attitude. I would most definitely seek his help on whatever project I believe he has the knowledge to perform. In fact I have a drywall project that I am designing that has his name written all over it. Please do yourself a favor and call him. He wont disappoint.
