Description of Work: The contract said they would treat entire property, this never happened. My lawn looks worse than it did before they started. I was told it could take a year before I would see any results, really?? I was also told that they would not kill crab grass or barnyard because it would also kill my St Augustine. I said it needs to go before it took over my entire lawn. That was the last time I heard from them. I have to kill the weeds myself.

Both Kevin and Chris were, and are, very responsive to my calls and emails and to working with us to solve the problems we had and new ones as they crop up. They are very professional and care about their results. A bonus is that their pricing is very fair. We hope to use their services for a long time!

 + -1 moreThey said it would take several months to see the real results so it will be a while berfore I can give a thorough review. However, thus far I can see some improvement in the overall apppearance of the lawn and the spaces in which they killed weeds on my vball court was done effectively.

 + 0 moreTwo mature sago palms in my landscape were infested by the Asian Cycad Scale insect. The required insecticide is very expensive and is only available in large amounts. Safe Lawn quoted a reasonable fee to spray the folage and root system of the plants. The Technician arrived on-time and was very professional. He had all the equipment to perform the service efficiently. He applied the insecticide correctly at the right concentration. I was very pleased with the service and am considering turning over fertilizing, weed and insect treatment to them.
Description of Work: Applied insecticide on two Sago palms infested with the Asian Cycad Scale.

Description of Work: WANTED A LAWN SERVICE THAT INCLUDED THE FLOWER BEDS. SAFELAWN SAID IT WAS NO PROBLEM. THEY CALLED AND WE SCHEDULED A VISIT ON WEDNESDAY. HE SHOWED AT 1230 AND WE DISCUSSED MY OPTIONS. TROY WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND CORDIAL. HE SAID IF THERE WERE ANY PROBLEMS WITH THE LAWN HE COULD NOT ADDRESS HE WOULD CALL HIS BROTHER/OWNER WHO HAS OVER 20 YRS. EXPERIENCE. I FELT CONFIDENT SO WE WENT AHEAD WITH THE FIRST SERVICE. TIME WILL TELL HOW THE OVERALL SERVICE WILL BE, HOWEVER, FROM FIRST IMPRESSIONS ABOUT SERVICE PERFORMED AND KNOWLEDGE AND CORDIALITY OF THE TECHNICIAN I FEEL AS THOUGH THIS WILL TURN OUT VERY WELL.
