They were friendly and professional. Arrived early after calling to make sure that would be ok. They did a quality job and it was completed quickly. They even took the time to educate me on other parts of the system and how to maintain it.

Rep. was great, very knowledgeable, called on his way and was on time. He was friendly and prompt - in and out. Our opener had stopped working and he found that we needed new sensors when he looked. He looked at each of them in under a minute and reccomended replacement. He replaced them at a cost of $85 - I looked online and they are found for around $50 per set, so 50% markup on them, which I can understand. The labor was the part that I thought was a bit too expensive. I had a free service call which is normally $19.95, but the labor was $45 and they were only here for 15/20 minutes. He gave me the name of the lubrication agent I should be using and reccomended that I replace the rollers ($135 / set) which he said they aren't horrible yet, but he would reccomend replacing.

My garage door broke on a Saturday, when most garage door companies are not open. I learned from Angie's list that RTS is available for emergency weekend calls. They arrived quickly, and although they didn't have the needed parts to repair the door then, they got the door open so that I could get my car out, and then secured the door until they could return on Monday to repair it. Very nice people to work with, and great job! Door works great now!!!

He was great, he explained everything about the door and how to take care of it. He also assured me that it was hurricane ready. I appreciated that he did not try to up charge anything! I will call him when we do decided to change out the door or opener.

My garage door came off the tracks, and a bolt ended up pulling away from the door and cracking the surrounding wood (the door was ancient, by the way--it was original to the house, which was built in the late '60's). As a result, the door would not shut all the way and was hanging at an angle. I called RTS, and Robert came by that afternoon to give me an estimate. The door was not repairable because the bolts are no longer available, so he gave me the price for a new door and said that since they had had a cancellation for the following day, they would be able to install a new one for me right away. Robert was very honest and professional. The next morning, Skyler arrived at 9:00 and began taking down the old door and putting up the new one. He was finished before i came home for lunch. Also, I had moved some of the smaller items out of the way so that the door could be replaced more easily, and Skyler did such a nice job of putting the items back into the garage neatly--more neatly, in fact, than I had stacked them myself! The new door is beautiful and works perfectly. I am very happy with the work this company performed.

Since they didn't call me back, I have no idea how good or bad they are.

The crew of two guys was scheduled to arrive between 9 and 11 am. They arrived at 9:15 and had called ahead at 8:30 to let me know they were on their way. The removal of my old garage door and installation of the new one went smoothly. The work area was cleaned up and left exactly how it was before they had arrived. After the job was complete, one of the fellas spent about 10-15 minutes to show me all the points to lubricate to keep the new door operating smoothly and quietly.

He was here last fall and he fixed our garage door. He did a great job for us and I would give him an A rating.
