Robert was efficient and professional. We discovered a dent in one of the panels that neither him not I noticed. My wife noticed right away. I sent RTS a picture of what appeared to be shipping damage on the edge of this panel. They came out and replaced the panel in three days. This shows they stand behind their product. I have lived in NW FL for over thirty years and cam add garage door specialist to my circle of trusted local businesses.

Technicians were prompt and performed the work that was necessary. While performing the repair the lead technician pointed out that my garage door and opener were out of alignment. They readjusted the garage door and opener for no additional charge.

I purchased an Angie's list special for replacement of garage door rollers & inspection. My garage door had become increasingly noisy when opening and closing the door. RTS was very professional. They replaced the garage door rollers and oiled the tracks. Our garage doors work much better, with less noise. I had a positive experience and would recommend RTS for additional work.

Technicians arrived on time, were pleasant and friendly, worked quickly and did a good job. I was originally disappointed because I was not contacted by the company (or so I thought) after purchasing an Angie's List Deal. It was not clear that I would be messaged through Angie's List. Since I had to confirm my contact information on Angie's List (e-mail and phone), I thought that I would be contacted that way. Once I realized what had happened, I contacted RTS and scheduled my appointment. I was quite happy with the service and would use them again.

The RTS technician was a great help to me. I could not get away from my military duties to be there when my technician, ROBERT, arrived. I asked my 83 year old father to be there for me. Robert was patient in explaining and showing things to my dad, and called me to keep me updated. He was friendly, professional and fast to troubleshoot and fix my garage door. I was happy with the service and cost. Robert even called me in the evening to ensure that my remote devices were programmed and working. He talked me through these steps as my father was not capable of remembering and explaining how to do it. Thanks Robert. Will recommend.

Owner/operator was very punctual, professional and courteous. The job was completed to our satisfaction at a fair and reasonable price, therefore, I recommend RTS All American Garage Doors to address your garage door needs.

Rob called bright and early. He explained what was wrong with my opener. He gave me choices of replacements, and explained all the prices. No hard sell...just the facts. He got to work, and was finished in about an hour. He really knew what he was doing. He was a very personable and nice young man, and I would use them again!

Overall it went well but I was not happy about the existing ceiling brackets which were bent to fit the new tracks.

Service was performed on time, and I am very satisfied with the new and improved look. The rubber seal at the bottom edge of door provides a tight seal. I'm really very pleased with the professional service this company provided. Also, I think the cost was reasonable.

It went really well. I scheduled them to come out on a particular date and they came out on the same date. So they were able to come by on the date I made the appointment. I was impressed with the people the company sent out. They were very professional and on time. Everything was really top notch. I was very pleased. I prepaid the big deal amount of $89 which was for a particular service and I guess there was a value offered since I went through Angie’s List. I did add 2 additional things once they were here. I purchased additional things from them. They were very knowledgeable with the work that they did. They knew garage doors. The service was quick, very efficient and very professional. The fact that they were able to add 2 services on the spot since they had the supplies, which I had enquired about when I made the appointment but I had not committed to or prepaid for. They did have 2 additional things available right there on hand and they were able to do the 2 additional services quickly. So I was very pleased. I would absolutely use them again in the future if I needed to.

I had a new hurricane garage door installed. It operated and sounded terrible. I contacted RTS and they came out in two days and arrived at the time set. The young man was very nice and professional. They installed new nylon rollers in about twenty minutes. The door is now almost silent and works perfectly. I highly recommend them to others and would use them again myself.
