Description of Work: They were not punctual. It had to be scheduled for a different day. Poor communication between technician and office staff. They did not set garage door openers with new code. Bad experience, overall.

Description of Work: I paid $133 for universal remote and roller replacement through Angie's list. Door opener was too old to be compatible with remote. Parts are no longer made for this. |Replaced opener, bottom seal and rollers. The remote came with the new unit and he threw in an outdoor mounted control to open garage door. Very professional and efficient,explained all options.

Description of Work: Purchased deal from Angie's list, and Tiffany with RTS All American Garage Doors, Inc. called to schedule an appointment for their serviceman to come out. He made a visit to residence and was not able to perform the service as noted on Angie's List deal. Tiffany called to give this information, and instructed me to contact you for a refund.

Description of Work: I ordered the garage door service. It was to replace weather strip. Mine did not need replacing. He did however, replace my wheels on the garage door since mine were plastic. He lubricated the door also.

Description of Work: Replaced OEM garage door opener after it died of old age (1996/2015). RTS had previously replaced the garage door with a hurricane rated door as part of a hurricane wind mitigation program underwritten by FEMA. Installation on both jobs was quick, efficient, and professional. Opener was replaced with current model of previous opener. Price was competitive.
