Returned my call quickly. They were very responsive and professional. Did not try to sell me something I didn’t need like some of the other companies because I own a older home. Cleaned out my lines , flushed the system and checked the operation. All completed within a hour. Great job! I will call them again if I need more work on any of my properties.

Charged me 95 bucks for a 15 minute service call and they didn't have the equipment to fix the problem. The problem had been explained over the phone before they came out here. I am disappointed in the price of the "service call" that was not quoted when I called for the problem.

Root-A-Sewer seemed to be specialist at this, as another plumber said you need specific equipment for this. They showed up the next day after I contacted them.. It only took them a few minutes to identify the problem was not under the house.. then they located the specific location and repaired it in minutes. They patched the drain line and cleaned up the area. I'm a bit late with this review from January, but there has been no recurring problem for some 10 months now. I'd recommend Root-A-Sewer and use them again if needed.

I called to request an estimate for a new/replacement drainfield. I provided my permit information. They never contacted me back with a price quote. Company is located on the edge of my subdivision; this would have been a convienant choice. Very disappointed with contact/customer service. Doubt I'll ever call them in future.

told him the toilet was plugged and shower was slow to drain.2 hours went by.he gave me a bill for $250,he had found a cell phone cover my great grand son had been playing with.i asked where the rest of the phone was?he said the shower had an air pocket.about 15 to 30 minutes later the toilet wouldn't flush again.he returned and found the remaining phone parts.next morning the shower was still slow i didn't call him back

Aggressive Plumbing advised me to call this business after advising me they did not provide the service I needed. A company representive answered the phone when I called, no answering machine or answering service, and advised me they would be able to come by after lunch that day calling before they arrived. The work was completed without a mess. Very professional. I will not hestitate to call these guys again should I have a need for their services.

We have been very happy with them. He brought a camera and we can see the roots. He is patient. He took the time to use the camera, go back and run the thing through there several times until the camera showed that it is clean.

The gentleman came exactly when he said and went straight to work solving the problem. He was professional and friendly. I would definitely use his services again and recommend him to others.
