Would give 0 stars if I could. worst company I have ever dealt with. I never signed up for their service and they attempted to charge me $350. Very misleading, gives you wrong info. Tries to charge you for things you never signed up for. Rude customer service!!! Rude over email, rude over the phone. I told them they were not allowed on my property without direct supervison. Someone showed up here and went into my backyard without letting me know. When I contronted him to ask if he normally did that and if he were going to be filling in the holes, he laughed in my face and walked away. do not ever use this company.

They sent someone out that very day. He new what he was doing...he mixed up the poison, put on a jacket with a hood, and started spraying. He drenched the whole area for about 5 minutes. It actually took a few hours for all activity to stop in that pot! He did not get stung, and they are all gone now.

I schedule online they called to confirmation of my apt that next day they came out sprayed and told me if I see any more bugs they would come back out so in all I think they done a great job for the price my bug problem never came back rocky's pest control is way better then terminix inc. Which they send you all kinds of emails calls junk mail and bother you trying to earn your business all the time for over price pest control!

Needed a quality Pest control service and found Rocky on Angie's List. Had a high rating, and he deserves it. Very thorough, very professional and impressive. My management team is very happy and Rocky has come back to follow up several times. I highly recommend. -Dave

Rocky himself came to do the service. We have two big dogs that might scare some people, but he was prepared and had beggin strips in his pocket. He was friendly and courteous, I would recommend him to anyone.

The owner does the work himself. He is highly ethical, reasonably priced and he gets great results.

The cost was for a one time spray outside and inside for my flea problem. Most others stated that flea problems necessarily involve 2 visits. Rockys claim that their poison lasts and that they guarantee no fleas for a month on the inside, but only on inside. This makes them more economical to use than other exterminators who have to come for 2 trips. I was treated in a professional manner and the individual was in and out quickly.

They are very punctual, professional and they get the work done. They are in and out and do a good job.

We've been satisfied with what they do. We like them because we are used to them and they always come when they are supposed to. They remind us when our contract is due for renewal. I don't really dislike anything.

They have been great. If we have an issue they come out.

They come a few times a year. They are very punctual. I can call them one day and they are here the next. I have no problems with their service.

Every quarter they spray our house inside and out for pest control. Great work and great technicians.

I spend $23 on every visit. I have been using them for years and would probably never use anyone else. The rates have gone up considerably. We have animals and he is good about spraying with something that is not going to harm them. We also had him do termite bond as well. He comes once a month. It is a family business and Jeff is the one who comes out.
