We are very pleased with the quality of work and how quickly we were able to get our house and detached garage done.

Despite the heavy workload replacing roofs after a hurricane, they were helpful, professional and got the job done quickly.

Ridgeline did a great job!

David was easy to contact and actually came out to put a tarp on the roof after Hurricane Sally decided to visit with no problem. Not done with the roof yet,,,,as a lot of people are needing more than we are right now. Let you know how it goes when everything is done.

Great install

Ridgeline was outstanding. We could not have asked for more prompt, efficient and quality roof replacement. We are relieved the new roof and clean up was completed within days of our approval of their through contract.

David Swindle-contractor-inspected the roof left then e-mailed me an estimate of $10,711.00. I accepted the estimate and signed the contract for the company to install the new roof. First day David had the dumpster for refuse parked against my garage door and I could not get to my pickup if I needed to. David would text me that he had missed something or other during his primary inspection of my roof and would get with me about the extra cost at a later date. His whole demeanor toward me was that I was just an old woman that could be taken advantage of because I was to stupid to know anything. At the end of the job the roof looks good and the roofers did a good job of cleaning up. I had to remind David to have the dumpster removed from front of my garage door so I could get my truck out to go to work the next day. I texted him that I had the final payment ready for him to pick up but he said we still had to meet and go over the extra charges I told him-I signed a contract for 10,715.00 and after the 2,000.00 dollar deposit I had the check for the balance made out for 8,715.00 and that would be the final balance. It came to a point where I could not tolerate David Swindells demeaning text messages and blocked him from contacting me.I sent a check for 8,715.00 registered mail to the company.

The only big issue I see is you need to keep a close eye on there work, they will cut corners if you let them get away with it, andyou need to brush up on your spanish, as they dont/wont speak english. Also had the gutters done, still waiting on the leaf guards.

At the time of contracting (July 19) with Ridgeline we were told to allow 4-6 weeks for materials to be onsite. We extended to 8 weeks, blocked out 3 weeks of rentals on 4 of the 6 units in our complex that rent. On the Friday afternoon before the start date and after many calls to confirm start date, I was told there was a problem with McElroy Metals and it would be another 8 weeks! No prior contact from Ridgeline that might have allowed renting. Our owners lost revenue from not only the original start date but then again when it was actually completed. We were told we would be provided with photos showing ALL damaged wood that was going to be replaced. 13 photos were sent 2 weeks after completion. They showed workers using a nail gun. Only 1 even showed a piece of sheeting removed - none of new sheeting. We were charged for 12 sheets. The photos had a paper with the wrong address being held by someone on the roof. Our contract stated that any unforeseen work would be brought to the attention of owners and submitted in writing PRIOR to being done. All our gutters were removed and disposed of without being notified or given permission. Ridgeline said the gutters would have voided the roof warranty. McElroy knows of no such stipulation. Other roofing contractors I have contacted said working around gutters is timely but can be done. Ridgeline would not pay to replace our gutters but offered the name of **their gutter guy** to do the work. Replacing our gutters cost the complex $3250. Ridgeline could not have been nicer prior to contract date. Calls were answered and questions answered in a non-defensive tone. Following the delay their whole attitude changed. I reported paint, wood, and door damage and was made to feel like I was fabricating the damage. We paid over the 20% down payment on July 19. Our roof was completed Nov 11. They supposedly could have started Oct 8 but several units were rented based on the expected Sept completion. We chose Nov 4 to start so as not to lose further income. They started on the 2nd and were rushed, which I believe resulted in our gutters being torn off. It would have taken more time and labor to work around the perfectly good gutters. Ridgeline was our contractor. They use McElroy Metals. Who was to blame for the delays will always be a mystery but the lack of communication on a job of this size, the unprofessional attitude, and unsatisfactory customer service warrants this review. I can only imagine the nightmare we will have if there is a leak. I would not recommend Ridgeline or McElroy Metals.

Professional, prompt, exceeded all expectations. When your spending large amounts of money you want things done right and these guys did just that. Jeremiah not only was very polite and professional but also helped picked the color of our roof to match the siding and it did just that. They did the roof in 2 days passed all inspections we listed our house and it went off the market in 3 days. Highly recommend!!!!

Great install, but some things needed to be fixed. Still waiting after 4 .months, still not fixed

The crew did a fine job, but being based out of Pensacola and having to commute to Fort Walton Beach, they started pretty late every morning. They wouldn't start before 10:20 am and had to work until there was no more daylight. And add to the fact that it was summer time, they had to take frequent breaks to keep from overheating. Otherwise, the job would have been done in a day and a half instead of 3 days. But the roof looks great and there shouldn't be any more leaks during a heavy rain storm.

Job done quickly and efficiently! Looks wonderful. Pat Carter also helped me get a rebate from Gulf Power for our energy saver color shingles. Great experience!

I don’t have a bad thing to say about these guys. They exceeded every expectation I had. The job was done quickly and at a great price. I definitely recommend them if you’re looking to replace a roof.

Very Prompt, Very prepared, fair price and excellent service. Jeremiah showed up at the time promised for the estimate. I know this was not his fort rodeo because he had most of my questions answered before I even asked. They provide a very detailed project plan and made sure you understand every facet of the project to include contingencies in case of unknown or unseen issues, Nothing was hidden from you. Both Jeremiah and his boss where available basically at anytime if my wife and I had any questions. Roof looks GREAT and there is very little evidence that they where even here other than the new roof. Highly recommended.

Ridgeline was prompt in reaching out within 24 hours to schedule a quote. They work with scheduling and completed the project as expected. They take care to make sure that you are happy with their work and are available to answer your questions and concerns. Highly recommend if looking to replace your roof or for a repair.

Did a great job and cleaned up after themselves every night. Took care of every concern and question I had and made me feel important.

Stayed tuned. The roof is not completed as of this writing.
