+ -1 moreRare Experience hires the least expensive contactor to come out to service the home. Often, this results in lower quality service and customer service.
Description of Work: This is our property manager - we are the renters. The response time to a problem in the home is becoming longer. When they finally do reply, it is days before we have someone come out to "estimate" the cost of repair. Then we wait again for the actual person who will be doing the repair to contact us directly to set up a time for them to come out to perform the service. Most times, it is least expensive "bid" for the job and the most time WAITING to see if the person actually shows up when they say they are coming.

+ -1 moreI was trying to sell my property and had reduced the price by over $15K, but after speaking to a representative I began to consider renting out the property. The company completed a rental analysis and was able to rent my property out for only $100 less than my monthly mortgage. Now when the market comes back I will be able sale my property for its actual value! I leaving town and they screened the applicant, handled my walk throughs/showings, collecting rent and virtually every aspect of the process for us. They saved us Thousands.
