R and K replaced the pipes in the house that I bought. I called them about the pipes under the sink leaking. When I run the dishwasher, for example, the pipe where it drains comes apart completely and the water goes all over the floor. I have tried to tighten the connection and it will hold for awhile but it always breaks loose again. I replaced the kitchen floor after I bought the house, so it’s very upsetting because I spent thousands of dollars on a new floor and it is being ruined. If I start the dishwasher before I go to work, I risk coming home to the kitchen floor soaked in a big puddle from R and K’s pipes. All of the old pipes are still here and sticking out of the walls with big gaping holes for pests to get in. The connections under the kitchen sink on both sides just fall off when you run water. I tried to call them. I left a message. I didn’t want to leave a bad review for a company. But they never even called back So based on their obvious indifference, I think anyone looking for a plumber should look elsewhere.

Robert, Kim, and Showalter have all been fantastic. Showalter did a beautiful, clean job on the plumbing and was professional and pleasant. Kim was great to deal with in the office. Robert took time to discuss options when he came out to quote the job. We were charged the original price even though, I suspect, it was more work than Robert anticipated. Highly recommend!
