Great selection of tile in all price ranges. They keep adding unique accessory items like the mirrors we bought. The tub was priced below competition. Great people to deal with.

The job went terribly bad. It took 3 months to install 1100 square feet of tile. During the installation process, if we pointed out some flaw in the workmanship, the installer would accuse me or my wife of doing something to cause it. NOTHING was ever their fault. We and our decorator complained to Pro Source and tried to get them to remedy the situation, but to no avail. We asked Pro Source to come to our home and see first-hand what we were upset with and judge for themselves if our complaints were legitimate, but they would not. Pro Source got tired of listening to our complaints and washed their hands of us. They referred us to the installers insurance company. The insurance investigator informed us that insurance does not cover shoddy workmanship or damage to property value. I might add that Pro Source vastly overestimated the amounts of materials needed for the job and that I now have a thousand dollars worth of tile I have no use for.

Their price was good, The family run business was very helpful in matching my tile and the delivered it on time for my installer. Their showroom is the best I have seen for flooring of all type and also wall tile.

Beth spent a lot of time helping us choose the right flooring for our purposes. She educated us about the "hardness" ratings of the various hardwoods and we were able to choose a hardwood to fit our needs. She also made recommendations on tile which helped us with our decision. We visited Beth several times and she was always helpful and happy to answer all our questions and make recommendations based on our lifestyle. We never felt rushed to make a decision - she seemed to make it her goal to help us find just the right flooring for us. Because of the customer service and professionalism we experienced with Beth, we will recommend ProSource to anyone looking for hardwood/tile flooring.

ProSource of Pensacola were great. They talked to me about different tile types. I talked to them about my budget and they made sure to stay within. They helped me pick out paint color that I was purchasing from someone else.

Pro-Source sells flooring (carpet, wood, and tile) at a discount to contractors who are 'members'. My contractor took me into their showroom to pick replacement carpet for my condo. Their showroom, while not huge, contained a quite sufficient amount of samples for my purpose. They do have a large warehouse with the actual materials so what I chose was immediately available. Their sales staff were very knowlegeable and frank regarding the pros and cons of my choices and I appreciated their honesty and candor. My contractor was also able to participate in the discussion and between the three of us I think we were able to come to a good decision on the carpet I purchased and I liked the advantage of having the whole team in on the choice. Even though it was my money I felt we all had 'skin in the game' as nobody wanted to do the job twice because we hadn't done our homework. The fact that your contractor is also a customer of the store helps give that feeling. I feel the price was competitive if not better than the big box stores and the quality (or maybe the choice in variation of quality) was superior. Th overall experience was much better than shopping a big box store for such expensive items as carpets of flooring.
