Everything except the cleanup was excellent. They went over the yard several times with a large magnet and recovered many roofing nails. I went over the front of the house with a small but powerful magnet and recovered another 50 plus nails. I called the office and they sent out a guy with the same magnet and he got another 50 plus. I then bought a medal detector and with my smaller magnet have recovered another 30. I'm concerned about my pets stepping on them. They completed the entire job on one and a half days about 16 hours total. They had 7 guys working and only took a half hour break at lunch.

I liked them and they seemed to do a good job. They would send me pictures of their work which I appreciated. Initially their call back was not quite what I would like, however once the project got further in they were good about communication with me. Also, perhaps due to not understanding in the contract, while removing the old roof, some debris fell through rotten wood on the ceiling and damaged something in a bedroom which I am responsible for in getting repaired. There were some extra costs that I incurred and they did work with with me to get this taken care of.

Professional Roofing was the contractor used on my new construction Paragon house built in 2012. I have had at least 3 roof leaks since. Professional roofing was good to work with on the first leak, but subsequent experiences have been subpar. They said they would have someone out the same week, two weeks go by and nobody shows. I call and speak to the receptionist and ask for a call back. No calls back until i tell them to cancel the job. Terrible follow up and the 3 leaks in under 5 years on new construction must speak to the quality of their work. I will go elsewhere.

I called in over a week ago to get an estimate for a new construction roof. The receptionist said someone would call me back the same day. I never received a call.

I selected this contractor from Angies List of customer reports. Due to all the rain, the office told me that it may be a week before they could come out and estimate the job. Two days later, their estimator called and said he had scheduled appointment two blocks away and was it okay to come over on short notice. I was surprised and grateful to see him arrive. He estimated the job and explained in detail what had to be done. He also told me that they were running about 2-3 weeks out because of the excessive rain,but would try to slip our small job in when they could. Nine days later (versus 14 to 21 days) he did manage to get us in. They arrived this morning (8/12/13) and started the job, but it rained again for about an hour. They left and came back to remove the damaged boards (about 24 sq ft), replace with new wood and shingles and finish re-gluing many other wind blown, loose shingles. They completed the work just before the next downpour. The job site was left in a clean condition and their work is warranteed. This is a professional company and I would recommend them for Roofer of the Month. I plan to call them back to replace the entire roof next year as soon as we can afford it. Their final bill was for the amount of the estimate, $750.00.

wonderful,supper, great I could go on and on about the company. Usually a company will pick a name out of the air. Professional Roofing of NW Florida picked the name PROFESSIONAL because that describes the company and the personal. From the owner, sales person, office staff, installers of both shingles and rain gutters they were all about getting the job done and making sure I was happy with my new roof and rain gutters. They say your home is your most valuable asset, I say the roof covering your home is your most valuable asset. For water damage can be as costly as fire damage, by far more then it would cost to have a good roof covering put on. With that in mind I started to do some home work in finding me the best roof covering I could for my home. I started with the internet and after some time decided on GAF shingles. I went to their web site and found that Professional Roofing of NW Florida was certified to install GAF shingles. Then I checked the Better Business bureau, Angie's List , the Florida Licensing web site and roofing supply companies in this area and everything checked out A-OK for Professional Roofing of NW Florida. The rest is history and my home looks like a new home and I feel about as secure as I can be living on the coast in hurricane ally. I figure if the big one comes my rain gutters and roof will still be standing. Let me add one more thought, roofing is more then tacking up some tar paper and throwing any type of shingle on the your roof from a man on the street that calls himself a roofer. Do your homework once your roof is on you'll have to live under it and hope it will hold up in a storm. Thanks to all of you at Professional Roofing for a job well done. And a little extra thanks to those men who braved the heat for 3 hot cloudless days to roof and put rain gutters on my house. Bernie K. They did a good job. They were very professional. They started the work on time.

I had professional roofing come out and they diagnosed the problem correctly and that actually got they leak to stop. They did a great job of creating their own transition between the flat and shingle roofs. They are by no means the cheapest, but they are extraordinary and you get your money's worth with them . They are very up to date with roofing practices and materials. I was given a warranty on my shingles for 50 years and this company was the only one that the shingle manufacturer recommended to use within 25 miles. We have had a few horrific storms lately and it has been well tested and held up great.

We found the Baldwin branch of this company to be reliable, friendly, punctual, & friendly. Best of all, they returned promptly to fix leaks that developed in the patio roof. They were serious about their pledge that the job was not finished until we were satisfied.
