+ -1 moreIt's a small guy and he has a couple of workers, but he was absolutely excellent. He was very, very good. They had complete professionalism from start to finish. They are guys who have license. He installed it and we are very satisfied with the unit. It's more efficient. He put in a new digital and actually our energy bills have gone down probably close to 15% since it has been in. He did a good job, put in a good unit, and it was the right unit for this size of house. He was cordial and very professional. He followed up and made sure that everything was working. It is a good and reliable company.
Description of Work: Popes Heating & Air Conditioning put a new air conditioner and heater in. They came in, installed the unit, checked it, added some things to it which helps us as far as the drainage, and so on. He came by in the late summer of last year just checking if it was hot and making sure that everything worked right.

+ -1 morehe showed up when he said he was. found out right away what the problem was and repaired it. plus fixed another thing that would have cause even more problems.. price was reasonable and the ac is working better than before. will definitely be using them again in the future as the need arises.

+ -1 moreOutstanding plus, this was a Saturday night, I had a house full of spend the night company and the lack of air conditioning would have made for an unpleasent experience, Called at 7:00pm. Chris arrived before 8:00pm. Promptly diagnosed and repaired the problem. Pope's Heating and Air Conditioning is an outstanding service company.

+ -1 moreI am elderly so they did everything it took to get under my house, including cutting grass away to get there. They were very efficient. DIdn't waste any time. Price was less than expected. I recommend the company and will use them again.
Description of Work: Losing air from ductwork. The found the source and fixed it in one hour. Well pleased.

+ -1 moreThey arrived at the prearranged time, and replaced the outside and inside units. The install went fast and was done better than the original, clean, neat and very professional. They were very curtious and friendly and cleaned up completely before they left. I didnt have any questions, but he will make sure to answer any that you may have and that you are happy with the service.
Description of Work: Popes has been servicing my a/c for many years (25). They recently replaced my heat pump at my request (old and starting to have trouble) . Chris Pope is very honest and fair, and will tell you straight how it is. He always returns calls promptly and makes the service call fast. I trust him completely and will continue to use him for all my hvac service.
