I had sent out a request for quote on Yelp for helping clearing a main drain. Only had a few responses and Tim was the only one that said "I can help!" We set an appointment since it wasn't an emergency and I could wait a little. (Yes, it was an actual appointment, not one of those "windows" where you wait four hours for someone to show up). Tim texted he was on the way over and was onsite and ready when I got to the house (yep, I was the one that was late coming from the office)! We went over the situation and discussed what I had been experiencing. Tim felt it was clearly a blockage way down the main drain. Tim brought in the big equipment and was able to get us cleared up and running free! Total charge was very reasonable and gladly paid. Very happy with the experience and will be referring Tim and his team easily to others in need of plumbing help. Thanks, Tim!!

Called Tim scheduled appt for Tuesday, Tim text me that morning, said he to reschedule because of a job in Navarre, mine was not an emergency so I didn't mind rescheduling. He said he could reschedule for Friday, so Friday morning he text again saying he would be out Sunday at 10, of course he did not show up, and even worse, no phone call or text...

Perfect. Tim is a great person who does what he says he will do. He is honest and very fair in pricing. He cleaned up after he was done leaving my bathroom spotless and disposed of all the old plumbing.

Tim is the consummate professional. Prompt, neat and most courteous. He fixed the problem and cleaned up afterwards. I have nothing but praise for his work!

I got home and they asked me to leave $75 for the charge so I did. The dishwasher wasn't working when he left and it was killing our drain. He then said he does not do dish washers. He was not reliable and was very dishonest.

We have used Plumb Honest several times over the years and each time I have been pleased with the work. Tim is punctual, considerate and knowledgeable. He repaired toilets, installed a garbage disposal, and most recently he repaired our shower fixtures. He is professional and affordable. I would happily recommend him to anyone.

Very courteous. Arrived when he said he would. Tim was very careful to keep the surroundings clean and cleaned up when he left. I'll definitely use him again. It's great to find someone who you can depend on.

After calling 4 different plumbers who never bothered to call back until after this job was done....Tim came out at the end of his day. Quite a distance here to Bagdad to find a leak behind a wall that I had been mopping up for 2 days and was pleasant and fast and did not charge me for an after hours call. Couldn't be more pleased. Stands by his work and works quickly and neatly.
