Description of Work: This company did a great job on our roof replacement. Our roof looks great. They came when they said they would, delivered the materials, and performed the job in a very timely manner. Cleanup was done afterward to our satisfaction. We'll now see what happens after a storm to make sure the work holds up. Overall, we were satisfied with the customer service, replacement roof, cleanup and follow up by the company.

Description of Work: I hired this company to replace the flat roof covering on my commercial building. They verbally told me there was a five year warranty. I paid them $12,500.00 to do the job. The very first time it rained after the roof was installed it leaked. Admittedly way less than before, but still leaking nonetheless. I called them repeatedly and finally got them to come out and do some more to try to fix the leak, but it did not work, it still leaks. Still trying after a couple of months to get them to fix the leak to no avail. I hope that they will eventually finish the job and get my roof leak free.

Description of Work: The work was fine once it was eventually done. I was told they would be at my home in two weeks, but it ended up being more like 5 weeks. I just didn't appreciate being told every week, "it will be next week." This was at the height of the hurricane season and I really needed a new roof.

Failed to pull proper permits, shoddy workmanship, constantly argumentative, took much longer than quoted, didn't start when promised, also installed a gutter where the downspout was left hanging free - wasn't even attached to anything. Counterflashing was incredibly ugly. Just a horrible experience overall.

 + -1 moreThey did leave some nails left over from the roof in our yard. The cleanup was not as good as it could have been. They did a good job. Considering the situation, their responsiveness was great. They were here early in the morning on the day they said they would be and got the job done.

 + -1 moreThey were fine. It was only one guy. He was very nice and very professional. I did not have any problem getting him to come out. He came out when he was supposed to. His price seemed reasonable; I did not compare it to the other companies. The roof is not leaking anymore. I will use him again in the future.

 + -1 moreHorrible. Demanded a deposit up-front; promised the work would be complete withing two weeks, didn't start for two months, and it went down-hill from there. Didn't pull required permits - had to get the building inspector involved to get repairs done to code, poor workmanship, poor cleanup, counter-flashing job was the worst I have ever seen. Company took the money and ran. Refused to fix cosmetic issues. Doesn't leak -- at least there's one upside.
Description of Work: Re-roof of a garage roof after tornado damage.
