Patriot Handyman

I was in email and phone contact with Jim (Patriot Handyman) before driving 6 hours to Pensacola to help my senior citizen mother with her house. Over the phone Jim and I went over some of the items needing to be addressed and were to meet late afternoon. When I called to schedule our late afternoon meeting time he told me he got an emergency call from one of his regular clients and could not make it but we could meet the next morning at 9 instead. That still worked for me so I agreed. 9 the next morning my mom and I were waiting and Jim was a no show, no call. I had a TON of extra work to do on my trip because he did not follow through and it really messed up my plans to work on my mother's home.
