Here at Panhandle Chimney Sweep, our technicians go through a written training program and are tested. Once they pass a written test, they will go through a training program on masonry, carpentry, and detecting problems with all points of a prefabricated one as well as masonry fireplaces. Once that test is passed they will then have an apprenticeship with a supervisor until we feel they are trained enough to handle jobs on their own. At Panhandle Chimney Sweep, your satisfaction and safety is our top priority and we prove it by having the best and well-trained technicians. Not only do we require that they be well trained, but also be clean, well-mannered, well-spoken individuals that we would be proud to send into your home. When they leave your home it will be just as clean as they found it too. We guarantee it with our clean guarantee there should be no mess and if there is we will pay for the cleaning ourselves. So you don't have to worry about what your house will look like when we leave, and you can be sure the repairs were done correctly.
