Description of Work: Panhandle installed a new fire panel to upgrade the older home I purchased to the newest technology. I did have to have an additional 'radio' installed which allowed the system to work with my cell phone. |I have accidentally opened the door with the alarm set and the response time of their phone call was very quick. One of my door alarm sensors did not work properly so the chime stopped working on that door. I called for service late in the evening and received a phone call to schedule the technician early the next morning. The technician was on time and very thorough. All works great now.

+ -1 moreEach time I have accidentally caused the alarm to go off, I have received a phone call within a minute to make sure everything's all right. They gave me exactly what I needed and didn't try to up-sale me. I will continue to recommend them to everyone.
Description of Work: They installed an alarm system which has many useful features and can synchronize with your smart phone.
