If we could give more than 5 Stars we would. Louis, Alex, and the team always come through for us. We first met Louis at his yard here in Pensacola. We were building a "million $+" house on Pensacola beach and wanted it to shine. Louis designed and directed us to greenery for the backyard that was quiet and comforting, a relaxing atmosphere. For the street side, he listened to what we wanted to present and provided the landscaping to make it 'pop' from the street view, highlighting our home's presence. A few years later we bought a rental in East Hill Pensacola and needed to take it from mid-century boring to Florida-style appeal. We worked together and came up with just the right trees to give the home street appeal. So, now as we build another "million $+" home in the Heights area of Pensacola we went to Louis and the team. Alex helped us pick out cold-sensitive greenery to go around the pool to give it a calming, oasis feel while adding value to our home. We are working tight schedules with the pool, paver, fencing, and landscaping. Louis came by after hours and assured us that he would make it happen. Louis came to our Pensacola vacation home and provided design and landscaping plans. He's very creative, can visualize the finished product and is talented at selling his ideas to the homeowner. He produced a project plan under budget but overran by 20% due to yard infrastructure (sprinkler and well pump system). His team made a big mistake uprooting some plants that we agreed would stay and he replaced them without any issue. Palm Source has followed up with us after the installation and stands behind their landscaping products and design.

I emailed Palm Source from the link provided on Angie's List Sunday evening August 3. Monday Morning August 4th first thing. We agreed to meet Tuesday morning to look at the work that needed to be done, the provider quoted a fair price initially. I did not feel like I even needed to haggle on the price because it was reasonable for the work that needed to be done. Tuesday August 5th, I came home and everything was done exactly as we discussed. Its not often I fond a contractor that meets on time and does the work agreed to for the price agreed to. I would recommend Palm Source to everyone. Simply a great job at a fair price and pleasant experience.

Provided nice healthy palms. Showed us how to take care of them. They were in with a little back hoe. Dug the hole, put the palms in. Didn't mess the yard up at all. Keeps in touch with us as how the palms are doing. Came when they said they were.

I was very pleased with Palm Source. They showed up when they said they would. They were punctual and did a good job. I was very happy with the overall result.
