They did a very nice job and I was quite pleased. They got me in contact with a gutter specialist who installed a new gutter above the wood so I wouldn’t have the problem again. They were very helpful and the office staff were even very helpful! I will be using them again! The pricing is a little high, but you get what you pay for.

I was unhappy with caulking done and the way the paint was applied. They preferred roller and I wanted it brushed on. They returned and redid areas of my concern.

It went extremely well; the finished job is beautiful. Mr. Price's workers do a very thorough job of preparation so that the paint will adhere well and last a long time. They painted our house the last time almost 30 years ago, and it still didn't look bad after all this time. They can be a little slow to finish up the last details, but it didn't bother us because they were being so careful to do it right. Another thing we like is that all his painters seem to be very trustworthy; we never felt uncomfortable having them in and around our house. Also, Mr. Price brought in consultants to help select appropriate paint types to suit the types of surfaces being painted and to recommend appropriate paint colors to match the owner's preferred color scheme.

Lots of bizarre "miscommunications" with this guy. He did alright work, but it seemed like maybe he was spread too thin. He quoted me one price then jacked it up claiming there was a lead paint issue. The house was over 100 years old, so I don't see how he could have possibly overlooked the lead paint issue on the first quote. But he promised that the hire price would ensure that every scrap and chip of lead paint would be recovered 100% by the book. Needless to say this didn't happen. Everyday there was more and more paint chips scattered everywhere. They cleaned up at the end of the job but who knows how much blew on to other properties or is still in the soil. Also, he forgot to paint the detached garage then wanted more money to do it. Had lots of little run ins like that with him. But the house looks good today and I'm sure there are worse paint contractors out there.

Got visit from owner for estimate. Compared. Decided to hire Painters Plus. Arrived on time daily. Completed job in timely manner. Did not create undue mess. Cleaned up. Painted all surfaces as we had discussed. Good paint job.

Our garage door and the surrounding frame needed a new coat of paint. I called Mark for a quote since he had done some painting for us ten years ago. Within a day or two of my initial e-mail to Mark, he came by our house to give us a quote, then he completed the job soon thereafter. He did a great job for a reasonable price, and I will definitely call him again for my painting needs.

They did a good job. I had a metal door, which had a lot of rust. They had to deal with it. They painted it and made it last longer, so that I don't have to replace it for few a more years; hopefully. He was very conscientious and extremely polite. He didn't leave us wondering, whether he was going to show up or something like that. He was very dependable. He was very good and he came in personally. It took probably about a week or so to finish the job. I will use him again in the future.
