ordered doors and trim through their salesman R. He ordered the doors and got the swing wrong on one of the doors. He also forgot to order the trim. I needed more doors for my house and gave him the opportunity to correct the mistakes in a second order. Well that is where I made my my mistake. He screwed up the second order of doors by ordering the wrong size doors. These doors say on the invoice "Special Order - Non Stock - Non Refundable". I contacted them with no reply back. I won't be doing business with them again. I am getting the doors from another supplier.

The lady in charge of accounts there is rude. I couldn't get things done there. I tried & put up with too much junk. I was spending a substantial amount of money, much more than $5000. I took my business else where & glad I did. It eliminated so much frustration.

Mobile Lumber came out on August 22, 2008 to install the brand new set of doors. Had an appointment set up for 9:30 AM, didn't arrive until 11:30 AM. The doors they installed were used, not new. Installers did a nice job. The only thing that did not get done was a plate for the deadbolt. I was told that one would be ordered and the installers should be returning in no more than 2 weeks. Well almost a month went by and I spoke with the supervisor in charge of the contractors for the new subdivision. He contacted Mobile Lumber and I spoke with a person about the plate that was to be ordered. (They lost the sheet that stated they were to order said plate) The gentleman on the phone said they would order it and it would be about 2 weeks, again. Two weeks went by (a little longer, giving the company the benefit of the doubt, stuff happens) and I spoke again with the supervisor of contractors and he stated that the company was supposed to have called me about the plate. Come to find out the plate couldn't be ordered because they don't make that plate anymore (yet these are supposed to be brand new doors). They have to order a whole new middle section for the doors and they are going to call me when it comes in. Well, still no word on the middle piece showing up, no contact has been made and this was about 4 weeks ago.
Description of Work: We had to have our French doors replaced in our new home (warranty work, that's why no price paid) due to them being manufactured incorrectly.
