We requested a quote from Metal Masters about a year prior to actually having this work done, but due to other more pressing projects, we put it off for a while. The home we purchased had old metal gutters in a couple of places but not on all four sections of the roof where needed, and the existing gutters were clogged up and falling off in some areas, in addition to leaking at the seams. They looked horrible and didn't perform their job at all. When we called Metal Masters to get an updated quote in November, there was no increase in price, and Mr. Ramirez actually offered to come out Thanksgiving weekend to get the job done promptly. We weren't able to accommodate this because we had already removed the old gutters and wanted to paint underneath prior to having new gutters installed, so since we didn't have time to do the prep work before Metal Masters could come out, their crew came out the next weekend. Mr. Ramirez was very friendly and professional, and he had two young men working with him. They arrived promptly as expected, set up their equipment, and got to work quickly. We were outside part of the time they were working, and it was apparent that they had a good time working together but also seemed very competent at what they were doing while working efficiently. Mr. Ramirez had no problem answering any questions we had, and we were very pleased with the end result. Our house actually looks a lot better after just having gutters installed, with no additional work done. It has rained hard several different times since we've had these seamless gutters installed, and there have been no leaks around the end caps, the gutter guards on the back are working well, and the gutters look good and do their job well. We are very happy with the quality of the product and service we received from Metal Masters and would recommend Mr. Ramirez and his company to anyone.
