Description of Work: I texted pictures and they gave me an estimate within 15 minutes. The price was just too high to fix 4 pulls and one stain on a berber carpet.

 + 0 moreMartin was great! He came in and repaired a spot on the carpet that had been torn up by dogs. He showed up on time, and had the carpet patched in about 30 minutes. Patch looks good, and will not even be visible once it has been walked on some. Would absolutely use Martins Carpet Service again.

 + -1 morei called Martin in the morning and he was able to come do the job that afternoon. He came when he said he would and performed his duties in an efficient manner. I was pleased with the response, the professional manner in which he worked and the quality of workmanship. i would not hesitate to use him again.

 + -1 moreMr. Martin appologized for his bad recommendation but offered no further assistance or advice. I did not see any of Mr. Martin's work. However, my thoughts is that if he recommends someone who are ripoff artist as being someone I could trust; perhaps he would not be trustworthy.
Description of Work: No Service performed. Recommended deadbeat workers to prep house prior to carpet installation. Workers did not finish what they started. Broke toilet bowl for no apparent reason. Left the water disconnected to toilets. Failed to do services they were paid to do. Was threantening a abusive to money prior to finishing job. Indidviduals reocmmended by Mr. Martin were Tom Miles and female friend.

 + -1 moreMartin was very professional to talk to over the phone as well as in person, he came out on the date I specified and at the time agreed upon. He worked around my work schedule. He and his crew finished the job in one day removed any debris overall I was very pleased with his services and would highly recommend him to anyone needing carpet, carpet repair or installation.
