 + -1 moreThis is the 2nd realtor with Main Street Properties we are using. The first one, LaDawn Singleton is a horrible person and does not care about the client. The second person, Jack Lara, may or may not care. Since February 4th, we have been trying to sell and they, Main Street have been lazy, but again this is our opinion. Our review might change if they show better customer service. But right now, there is nothing special about them unfortunately.
Description of Work: They are currently trying to short sale my new wife and I house.

Description of Work: Main Street Properties ( helped me to get my run-down property ready to rent. Amy Buker and Audie Street made great suggestions of things I needed to do, found me a wonderful handyman (David Henry 850-380-7303) to help, bought me a used refrigerator at a good price, had the tub sealed and rugs cleaned--and rented my house the first day it was listed!

 + -1 moreThe agent was always knowledgeable and helpful. He provided guidance and suggestions ways to make the best offer and acquire the property at the lowest cost. His recommendations for ancillary services such as home inspector were helpful. He made sure all bases were covered to meet the closing date. I felt that Les always had our best interest in mind. We never worried that he was servicing a seller or just trying to move a property.
Description of Work: He helped us look at a long list of houses from our own MLS search. Les learned what we were looking for and recommended a house that we overlooked. That is the house we fell in love with and bought. Thank you Les.
