During installation, it was noticed that one panel had gotten warped during shipment. The installer immediately noted this and said a replacement would be ordered and installed. Bill called to let us know that a replacement had been ordered and would be installed upon arrival. This is a great company--their first priority is customer satisfaction. I will most definitely use them again, and highly recommend them!!
Description of Work: Bill came out and told us what it would cost to have interior shutters installed on the sidelights on either side of our front door. The cost was very reasonable and the shutters were ordered. They arrived on time and were installed.
