It went horrific

Terrific.......these guys are pros. They were "EARLY" every morning for work. They were polite and their work is basically flawless. The quality of their construction and materials is excellent. I am very pleased. They even cleaned up so it was spotless when they were finished. No nails, screws, odd pieces of wood.......nothing.....no trash left behind. They were a pleasure to do business with. Peter, the design estimator and boss is a terrific guy and delivered on ALL of his promises!

Loftis Marine Division are professionals with a personal touch. Loftis builds only quality piers. The Loftis Marine estimate was the most detailed of all that I received. Other bids that I received were cheaper initially, but when I sorted through them and got to the point where I was comparing "apples to apples", Loftis' price was very competitive. Loftis staff were very willing to walk me through and discuss the details of the bid and project timeline. The project was professionally managed and well executed. A weekly check-in was held to provide me updates and ensure my satisfaction. During construction, Loftis personnel were courteous and and respectful to my neighbors and went to great lengths to not adversely impact them. My lot was thoroughly cleaned after the project. Loftis honored all commitments / delivered on all promises. My expectations were exceeded in every respect.

John Loftis is a highly professional marine contractor. His company built our dock, boatlift and walkover. They got it done on time and it looks fantastic. He took care of all permitting, which is great because he knows the players. If you put your job out to bid, Loftis probably won't be the low bidder, but you can be sure they will provide a quality product.

Overall Loftis did an excellent job with this project. They did quality work and cleaned up immediately following the project. The project was delayed because the initial planning failed to look at the type of existing plumbing. When this was recognized this was addressed but did delay the project and required multiple emails and phone calls. I would use them again.
