LLOYD'S AUTO GLASS

On 29 Dec, Sunday, I had an incident that caused damage to about 60% of my windshield on my Toyota Tundra. Since it was a weekend, we phoned Safelite Auto Glass the next morning to request repairs at my residence. Safelite informed us that the earliest would be Thursday. Unsatisfied with the delays, we then sought another company and contacted Lloyd?s Auto Glass for services. They were very helpful from the start and Lloyd?s initiated a 3-way teleconference call involving my auto insurance, Lloyd's Glass and me to get us all on the same page. On 30 Dec, at about 2PM, Lloyd's Auto Glass sent Keith, an AGSC certified technician, to replace the shattered windshield. Keith was professional with about 15 years of experience and he answered all my questions. He removed the shattered windshield and placed it in the company van for disposal. In addition, he cleaned up the glass that was all over my dash, seats, etc. He replaced the busted windshield with a same type of glass per our request (with light blue tint on top edge of windshield). He applied nice amount of sealant underneath the new windshield to prevent rain water seepage. The entire process was quick and it took only about an hour to provide complete services. I observed the technician's work about 90% of the time and I was satisfied with the quality of work performed. I was also thankful to Lloyd's Auto Glass for sending out a technician in such a timely manner as some shops may have reduced their manpower due to pending New Years Day. Moreover, Lloyd?s Auto Glass gives 4 individually wrapped USDA 8-oz steaks to customers which I picked up at their main office in Pensacola. I had a positive experience and recommend Lloyd?s Auto Glass.
