AWFUL, don't use this company. They KILLED our lawn and they don't care. We spoke to the regional manager and he does not care that our grass is dead and our yard is full of weeds. USE ANOTHER COMPANY.

So far, excellent.

As long as I am was in town and called them when I saw some problem everything went well. However, I have been in and out of town for the last 2 summers. My yard is full of weeds. I met with them in July and expressed my disappointment with the weeds in the yard. They were responsive and appeared to work with me. This was not the first time I'd called them out with a weed problem. I told them that I would be back in September and if I didn't see any improvement I was through with their services. Since last September I have paid them $771.40. I just feel like I am not getting what I'm paying for. In September not only was my yard full of weeds the grass is turning yellow like maybe there is a bug problem. I live in a neighborhood where they service several yards so it would seem to me that it would not be too hard for them to look at my yard when they were out especially since they knew I was out of town and having problems with the grass.

.It went fine - they sprayed the entire yard, the bushes, and left after leaving their bill for the service.

I have used them before and they do a reasonably good job. Every once in a while there have been problems and I have had to call them, but they are alright. If I have a problem they will come and look at it. Even if I have their regular service they will try to do something about any problems. They are a good company.

They are very good and effective at their job. They are very nice people, which I appreciate.
