Description of Work: We have used Krol on two different occasions. They have rekeyed locks, made/duplicated keys for us and made keys from a picture when our workers locked them selves out of the house!

+ -1 moreI used them about 2 years ago. He is real good! A couple of weeks after he changed the locks, we manages to lock ourselves out of the house. He came out on a Saturday afternoon, at 5pm, and got us back in. That took some doing! He didn't hesitate to come out. He didn't charge us a premium price, although he had every right to. I thought his pricing was more than fair. I would highly recommend him. He's the best!
Description of Work: I have used Krol Safe & Lock for lock smith services. He replaced all of the lock sets on 4 sets of doors in our house. He also matched all the keys. He took care of everything for me.

+ -1 moreConrad Krol arrived on time and did an excellent job in replacing our front door locksets. The new ones we had selected didn't match up exactly with the holes of thte ones being replaced. He did a masterful job of aligning the new sets and installing the handles so that the appearance was perfect. He then rekeyed each of our existing five external doors to match the keys on the front door lockset. We thought his price was more than fair for the work he did.
Description of Work: Replaced front door handles and locksets. Rekeyed all external doors to match.
