This remodel was a disaster. Original estimate, verbal of course, was that the job would take 10 days to 2 weeks total. It ended up taking over 2 months. We had company who had to pay to stay in a hotel because we didn't have but one bathroom-we probably would have made do but it was an elderly person who could not climb into a bathtub. The only workers actually employed by the company were the carpenters. The rest were sub-contractors and scheduling them did not go smoothly. In addition, the subs were not provided information on getting in touch with me so if they had any questions they either did what they thought best, I.e., direction to lay floor tiles, or they left and came back another time after the issue had been forwarded to JW Dunnwright who would contact me and relay the info to the sub. There were times that no one showed up for several days. One crew of 2 carpenters spent hours here one day and accomplished setting a vanity and installing about 5' of baseboard. On the demo of the master bath, they didn't cover anything in the bedroom. Dust was unbelievable - all over the furniture and TV. Got home and the old toilet was sitting in the master bedroom floor, the hole in the floor was wide open and the door was off the hinges. We put a piece of cardboard over the hole so nothing from outside moved in with us and spent the night with the toilet 3 ft. from the bed. One of the carpentry crew members was stealing alcohol from our house. Although we suspected it was happening, final proof was when the bottle of vodka kept in the freezer was partially emptied and filled up with water. How did they know there was vodka in the freezer? What else did they look through? I thought the price was somewhat high since that was basically labor only. I would never hire this company again. It makes me scared to pursue any kind of remodeling in the future if this is what to expect.

The man who did the estimate was not very thorough. He should've checked to see if there was structural damage in the attic. He didn't do that and when they began the work, they found structural damage. Their estimates are inadequate and out of control. My roof doesn't leak anymore.
