Description of Work: Deep cleaned the house. She arrived at 10:00 am with one helper. She called at 12:45 to let me know she was done and did I want to come and look at the service. I was unable to go back to my house at the time and told her I would check the cleaning job when I got home. The kitchen counters felt like the had not been wiped. I used disinfecting wipes to clean the counter tops. The stove top was clean. The blinds were wiped. She forgot to wipe the window sills in the master bedroom. I only have four windows in the entire house. Smudges on the glass furniture. She did clean my wood floors great and the guest bathroom was clean. Dusting was substandard. The standup shower looked like it had not been cleaned. I don't know if she was having a bad day or what but I cannot use her again. She was very nice.

+ -1 moreHORRIBLE! I had previously given Jennifer's Cleaning Service an A rating when not two weeks later (approximately), she completely dropped the ball! I walked in to my kitchen from the garage and immediately noticed the floors had not been cleaned. There were still coffee stains on the floor and the kitchen rugs weren't even vacuumed or shaken off- I know because I had to do it! The kitchen sink looked like it wasn't even touched, still had dark coffee stains etc (again I had to clean it). The master bathroom counter looked like it was just wiped down with a dry cloth and the stand up shower was NOT TOUCHED!!! I could feel the soap scum and even see it on the door! I am a very neat person so my house should be one of the easiest to clean! The only thing I could tell was done was the vacuuming. I contacted Jennifer to tell her how upset I was and her response was that everything was done per my instructions. She offered 1/2 off the next cleaning, thanks but NO THANKS.
Description of Work: Supposed to do bi-weekly cleaning of 1900 sq foot house.

+ -1 moreI could not be happier with Jennifer's Cleaning Service. Jennifer is always very polite on the phone and shows up early to my appointment. She did a move-in cleaning when I first moved to the area, and even though her co-worker could not assist with the task, Jennifer came anyway and stayed late into the evening to make sure the job was done and done well. I now have her cleaning my house every two weeks and I am thrilled to have found such a wonderful service to help me maintain my household. Thanks Jennifer! I highly recommend her services!

+ -1 moreMy son was really excited about coming home with his new bride to a clean, fresh smelling house. He called me when he returned and said that he was really disappointed with what had been done (really not done). He named a long list of things that were either cleaned very poorly and /or not cleaned at all. I emailed Jennifer and she told me it was too long for a do-over and she did not give refunds and asked why I hadn't responded earlier. Well, because my son wasn't home yet to give me his report which I told her but she never answered back. The price would have been reasonable had the work been satisfactory but it was far from satisfactory.
Description of Work: Supposed to be a top to bottom cleaning of my son's house while he was on his honeymoon.

Description of Work: Originally showed up on 04/11/2013. Only Jennifer was to appogize that her crew did not show up and therefore re-scheduled for Monday 04/15/2013. Did not show up for that appointment either. No phone calls to advised otherwise. Have not heard back from Jennifer.

Description of Work: We were expecting company and had scheduled this service for the preceding day. They did not show up and did not /have not responded to our calls. It was a major PITA to do the unexpected cleaning with company cleaning. Definitely would not recommend.

Description of Work: Jennifer came in and performed a head to toe cleaning for my house. I was very impressed. My baseboards needed help. When she got finished cleaning them, it looked like she painted them white!! Very impressive. Every room looked good! I can actually walk around my daughter's play room!! Not to mention, I needed an emergency cleaning because my previous cleaning lady never showed!! Jennifer showed up and was on time! She's a keeper
