+ -1 moreWe were very pleased with the work performed by the electrical team from JES Electrical Company of Pensacola. Mr Simmons quickly provided a description and competitive estimate for the work. The majority of the work was performed by Rodney and Brandon. These young men were very professional, polite and proved to be hard workers. On several occasions Mr. Simmons brought in additional members of his company to help expedite the work. It took about 1 and 1/2 weeks to complete the rewire. I should say that the rewire was done in conjunction with repair of water damage that had occurred from a burst water pipe. On several occasions the electricians completed work beyond what was included in the rewire estimate and did so at no additional cost! I was very pleased with the transfer switch Mr Simmons installed which allowed the easy conversion of critical circuits to a backup generator. HIs team also corrected an under counter lighting that had been completed years earlier in a remodel and did not meet code at no additional charge. I highly recommend this company and will hire them again in the future for any electrical needs.
Description of Work: Complete replacement of aluminum wiring in home built in 1974. Also included installation of a transfer switch to allow for easy conversion of power needs to external generator.

Description of Work: Re-wiring work was done during the remodel of a 1920s era cottage. Among other things, this included adding a new line from the outside box, crawling under the house and in the attic, troubleshooting old wiring, and installing oven and 220 outlets.

+ -1 moreThey're pleasant and professional. His workers were professional. The job was huge. It was in the summer and they had to go up in the attic. It was so hot in Florida. I actually called Mr. Simmons the owner, because I felt so bad for his workers and told him that he could wait a couple of weeks. They did it, and it took a couple of weeks.
Description of Work: They rewired my entire house.

Description of Work: We had the aluminum wiring replaced in our home. We also added some upgrades (external plugs, fan switches, smoke alarms, etc). | |Mr. Simmons came out to do the estimate and he was very informative. His price was comparable to the other company we received an estimate from. He was able to start in two weeks while the other company couldn't start for close to two months. | |His two man crew (occasionally three men) arrived on time every morning. There were quick and efficient. Our house was completely rewired in 5 days with very minimal damage. | |Mr. Simmons was very helpful following the repairs when we had some issues with our insurance company and was very patient. His company pulled the required permits and arranged for the inspection on their last day. | |We love the work that they did and would definitely use them again in the future.
