 + -1 moreThe work itself seems to be good quality. I have worn only one pair of the repaired shoes. But I'm baffled as to why it takes 3 weeks to have a heel tap replaced. In my previous location, I could have that done on my lunch hour.
Description of Work: I had heel taps replaced on several pairs of shoes and also an actual heel repair.

Description of Work: Replaced a zipper on my shoe. She even colored the head of the zipper so it would match the other shoe.

 + -1 moreI took three pairs of boots and a pair of high heels to have the heels repaired. I was greeted by one of the owners who took care of my repairs personally. They offered to do the repairs in one day, but I was busy and couldn't get by later that day. I picked them up two days later. Not only did they repair the heels, but they cleaned, buffed and shined each pair. They charged only $38 for the entire job, including tax!!! The staff are friendly and professional, the prices beyond fair and the work the best I've ever had from any shoe repair store anywhere in the country. I highly recommend them and will travel from Gulf Shores. AL to Pensacola, FL any time I need their services again. They also repair luggage, golf bags, hand bags, brief cases, etc. and I plan to take my favorite piece of luggage there this week to have the handle and zipper repaired. Jak's is THE BEST!!!!!

 + 0 more. The folks at Jak's were very nice, did an excellent repair job and did it in a timely manner, especially as it was over the holidays. My wife and I highly recommend them for shoe repair. The shoes are now comparable to new condition.
Description of Work: My dog chewed a new pair of leather shoes with leather that had to be repaired and replaced.
