Jacuzzi Of Pensacola

I went to several other sales offices, and got the "our Hot Tubs" are better than the other brands because blah, blah, blah. When I got to Jacuzzi of Pensacola it was very straight forward. They just simply said look at our standard Warranty and Coverage and go back and look at their competitors. Jacuzzi brand was almost double the length and did not have any percentage reduction after the first year. One particular brand stated 100% replacement in the 1st year after purchase and then 25% reduction for each consecutive year until it was at 0%. All this was hidden text way in the back of the warranty package. Very well hidden in fact. Jacuzzi store went out of their way to show us the pros/cons of each model they have. They asked my wife and I if we would like to try a "Wet Test". We identified the 2 models we were most interested in and came back to the store the following night at closing time. They invited us in and both models were full of water and had the temp set at 99 degrees. We were invited to get into both tubs and try them out. We quickly decided which one we liked and started talking costs. We determined a price we both agreed to and I asked for a day or two to think about it. They said no problem, and off we went with ZERO Pressure. Came back the following day and bought the model we liked. Delivery was set up for 2 days later. Delivery was GREAT. The actual owner showed up with the delivery to make sure everything was as we expected, and answered all the questions we could come up with. Very pleasant experience, and I would strongly advise anyone looking for a Hot Tub to read the warranty paperwork carefully and shop around.
