This was my first time using this company and I have to say Kevin Jackson of Jackson Roofing could not have been any more helpful, knowledgable and friendly, thoroughly explaining every aspect of the repairs needed and answering every question. He went out of his way to accommodate our tight schedule and his guys were on time, professional and did an excellent job! I have friends and family members that will not recommend or use anyone other than Jackson Roofing for their roofing needs and now I will do the same! Finding a company, such as Jackson's, with people who are honest, friendly and do great work is a truly rare and special find!

Kevin came out within a day or two of our call. He looked over the existing roof and discussed options with my husband. He kept me in the loop the entire time we were waiting for our roof install by emailing me or calling me and letting me know each step (permitting, choosing shingles, etc.) The crew of four came out and completed our roof in 3 working days. I was so impressed that when they first arrived, each crew member came up to me, shook my hand and introduced himself. The roof is gorgeous, and they cleaned up the site very well at the end of each working day. I would HIGHLY recommend Jackson Roofing for anyone in the Pensacola area who wants a good honest job in a timely manner for a fair price!

They were very good for the work they did. I found them through the phone book. I would use them again in the future.

They didn't charge me anything last time because it was just a house call. I had somebody else find something possibly wrong with my roof and I had them come in and look at it. There wasn't anything to do. I would rate them highly. I would definitely use them again in the future.

Patch work was done immediately. Crew also checked other spots and found nothing at this time. Cleaned up and departed in a very timely manner.
