Your money is wasted if you select Innerarity Realty to "manage" your rental property. You will probably also lose money in paying for damage to your property. I have the misfortune of living between two properties that are managed by Innerarity Realty. They do no make property inspections at all to either of these units! In regards to the Condo on my left, there is an area of grass in the middle going from the streetside sidewalk out front running between my Condo and the one to my left, going all the back to the backyard area. My Irrigation System runs down the middle of that area of grass. Their rental tenant started parking her vehicle on this grass, on top of my Irrigation System. I contacted the management company, they did not respond to the complaint. Now, after of parking on the sprinkler system it will have to be repaired at the owners'expense, also new sod needs to replace damage done by the vehicles parking there constantly. The unit to my right was suppose to be rented to two young women that were suppose to be college students. They immediately moved in their boyfriends and a dog and the nightmare began for us. Innerarity Realty has knowingly followed through with a contract signed under false pretenses. Parties and people coming and going all night, music very loud, drunk obscene language, dog barking all night have taken away our quality of life. This is NOT Single Family,complaints to Innerarity Realty are ignored. We email, fax, and send Registered Certified Letters, all of them ignored. They ignore our Covenants and our HOA. Complaints to Innerarity Realty have gone unanswered. The police are tired of being called. Innerarity Realty only wants their fees and does not want to endanger losing money by solving the many problems that we have lived with this year. There are cigarette butts everywhere out front and on our lawn. The dog is never on a leash,owner is never with a bag, and they let the dog out in the middle of the night, barking and waking everyone up. Their rental contract specifies no pets. The dog is left alone inside for sometimes10 to 12 hours, so it has to do its "business" inside! The back of the condo, facing the golf course looks terrible, with a bbq pit and old rusted lawn chair. You would not want this to happen to you or your property. Our HOA consists of much older people, but this does not give Innerarity Realty the right to ignore our covenants and ignore the complaints. They are absolutely negligent and only care about their rental management fees. Avoid them at all costs!!
